Latest North Shore bull rap. So we were told we would get notified when our lease was over. Never received a notification. Then found out Friday we will be forced to move in 2 months because they magically picked out apartment for renovation. They are raising the prices by $300 but still haven't fixed plumbing issues. Then on top of all that if we wanted to stay we don't qualify. After being in the same apartments for 6yrs. The new owners and managers are the worst. All they care about is money. Not the people already living here. If that was the case. They would have asked what needed

Very pleasant environment coupled with spacious floor plans make it a great chose. Immediate access for any maintenance issue through a web site or directly with office staff ( my requests have always been handled in a timely and courteous manner)....it is very much a nice place to call “home”.

I've lived here for years and loved it until recently. They've increased the price to live here and have added more and more fees. The apartments are nicely sized and in a convenient location but we've had issues with the plumbing several times. Maintenance is usually speedy about getting things checked out and fixed but it's still frustrating to deal with it as often as we do. The woman in the office isn't very pleasant to talk to and when you do have to talk to her it feels like you're inconveniencing her. They did add a dog park that I enjoyed taking my dog to for awhile but there's a large

I have lived at Quail Creek for just over 3 years, in a variety of different floor plans. Each layout is spacious and reasonably priced for what is included in the monthly rent: such as access to covered parking, a washer and dryer inside each unit, as well as water/trash/sewage paid. The buildings are old, but management has consistently and satisfactorily responded to any issues that I have brought to their attention. I am currently residing here and LOVE the space that is offered for the price it is. It's a great location too! Right across from Lake Hefner. A recent incident was happening when I moved into the apartment though. The shower would not completely turn and would vibrate violently. Not only did they resolve the issue the next day, they put in a new shower head as well! So far I am loving this place and would recommend anyone searching to check this place out! :)

Water is constantly turned off for "maintenance". They say the water will be turned off at 10 am and is turned off earlier, and is kept off well into the afternoon. It's currently 7:36 and I haven't been able to use water ALL DAY. This is a constant here. If you rent from this location be warned. Can't wait to move.

I currently live here and cant wait to move. Been here 3 years. Most of the time, it has been fine, but when you have issues, the problems begin. We live downstairs and the apartment has flooded 5-6 times. Aparrent mold still in our apartment! On top of that, the manager is only available by text! The apartments are large, but for the price, you can find some place nicer without apparent plumbing issues.

I've lived here for 3 months before moving in I read these reviews that weren't very good, I was hesitant to look into the place, I couldn't look past the location so I called and set up appointment with management. My phone call was answered, appointment was set and I went to look at the apartment and never had a problem with anyone not being in the office. I have to be honest the place is obviously old but in my opinion very well kept, any issues that I've had over the time I've lived here have been dealt with in a timely manner. I've got to know management, maintenance people, and even the owner

Just moved In Yesterday and I'm beyond pissed off! The apartment has not been cleaned. Found a picture, phentermine and sinus meds in the cabinets. It's dirty. And there is a leak under the sink. I'm done unpacking and about to just move back out and ask for my money back. Don't waste your time with this place cause it's a waste!!!

I spent nearly a month in ICU recovering from respiratory failure due to toxic black mold in the air conditioning compressor at this scummy apartment complex! We chose to live here while we were building our home as the location was convenient and they seemed large and decent; and that mistake nearly cost me my life! Please see the photo I have posted and avoid this place like the plague that it is!
