We’ve been living here for more than a year now. We like it here, the maintenance crew always respond as soon as possible! The neighborhood always feels secured and there are always friendly faces everywhere! The new manager Kimberly Filippini really takes good care of her tenants and is always reachable and approachable

Parc3 is an amazing residential place for families. Located in between two major metroplexes Seattle & Bellevue, provides easy commute & access to both downtowns.
In addition to having great apartments, the management is fantastic. Ask for Kimberly, she is extremely welcoming & helpful. Her caring attitude & politeness are infectious. I have been renting for the 10+ years & I have never come across a better combination of place & service. Highly recommend Parc3 if you are looking for a new place in the area.

I have lived here since past 4 months, and I have become really attached to this place.
Close to my workplace in Factoria, just 15 mins walk to my office.
Plenty of green around, there is also a small park/ trail close by where my dogs love running around.
There is a church on the opposite side of the road, very beautiful.
The management is very friendly and attend to all my requests super quickly.
The whole leasing and staying process is smooth, and you get exactly what they show you.
