Akasha Yoga offers certified YA (Yoga Alliance) teacher training for those looking to deepen their practice/understanding of yoga or those who wish to begin their teaching journey with a strong foundation.

This 200-hour training is a yoga teacher training program suitable for yoga students who wish to deepen their practice / understanding of yoga and those who wish to begin their teaching journey with a strong foundation. It is also an excellent program for current teachers who did not graduate from a 200-hour YA Registered program.

Every yogi has a different take on what a yoga studio should be like. Akasha is a one big room studio, very very hot room.. Make sure to get a spot in front or back or the edges of the room for your first time so you can get used to the temperature and adjust accordingly. Instructors are all very friendly. Love Dianna's flow :) they have a $20 for two weeks special for new students, which is very generous. Have a nice flow :)
