AJ knows his stuff. Saved my brother and I from buying a house that looked pretty nice on the outside. But the amount of potential problems inside? He never passed any judgement on the house. His unbiased details of the inspection told me everything. Then, upon finding another house and writing a contract on it, he was able to schedule in a short time a walk through with me. Gave me excellent tips on upkeep and possible future improvements. If you need an inspection, I do not believe you will find a better person to do it for you.

I was present when an inspection was performed by AJ on a home my Son was buying and I am happy to day the level of detail and knowledge was most impressive. The inspection took about twice as long as I expected and that was due to the level of detail and having everything explained to me. Every outlet, door, switch, knob were tried out and all plumbing was scrutinized. Do not hesitate to use Lion Guard and thank you AJ!
