It is locally owned and operated by Bob Turicik. Bob maintains his Wisconsin License continuing education requirements by attending Wisconsin Association of Home Inspectors monthly meetings, Spring and Fall seminars. He is involved with the WAHI Education House and also the WAHI State PR Chairperson.
Our experienced home inspector will do a visual inspection of the components and the critical areas in your home and email you with a comprehensive, easy to read, 40 page report. This report will be emailed within 24 hrs of the completion of the inspection. First time buyers receive a Home Maintenance Manual at the completion of the inspection.
We offer a full range of commercial inspections to fit your commercial client's needs. Whether you just need a structural inspection or a full range of inspections on buildings such as offices, apartments, restaurants or investment property, we have the experience and knowledge to help them make an educated and informed decision.
We offer you the full range of construction "phase" inspections for you new home or commercial property. We recommend four inspections during construction. One before the slab is poured, one after the home has been framed but no roof decking attached, one before the sheetrock goes up (this is the electrical/plumbing inspection), and one before you have a walk through with your builder.

Zoe was our estate agent from Homeview and she was very understanding and responsive. We dealt with a really tough situation re our flatmate and she did everything in her power to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as humanly possible. On the rare occasion that things needed sorting in the flat- we’d see action literally the next day to get it dealt with. The price of rent for our flat was really fair and despite difficult circumstances, we have very positive memories of our experience with Homeview! Thank you Zoe! Would highly recommend.

I rented an apartment managed by Homeview for close to two years and it has by far been the best and smoothest renter's experience I have ever had. They were always lovely, quick to help, responsive and never charged me any additional fees. Always felt very well taken care of and would recommend them anytime!

I've lived in an apartment managed by this agency for 2.5 years. Zoe was very nice to us and tried to help us as much as she could whenever we went to see her. My rating is mostly influenced by the fact that Homeview let our apartment before our contract ended and they didn't tell us until one day before the new tenants moved in. I'd say the agency itself is probably average at best, though the people are quite nice.

Homeview Estates are brilliant!! I had a property to sell and they handled the Sale efficiently and thoroughly. Jim and Zoe dealt with all the problems and queries that arose along the way resulting in a happy outcome both for seller and purchaser.

Bob T. provided great services during our home inspection. We were first time home buyers and he did an awesome job showing us the ins and outs to our new property. He had so much knowledge about homes and did a excellent job explaining what he was looking for and what we should look for as home owners. He provided us with a reference book for first time buyers and made the whole experience comfortable. It was obvious that he was passionate about what he does for a living and loves helping people in the home buying process. We would definitely recommend him and the company's services.
