We place a continuous radon monitor in your basement. The monitor records measurements once every hour for at least 48 hours.

Excellent home inspection by Mr. Barbour and Christina. Found issues I did not even find in my home that I've been in my whole life! Well worth the money. Professional, quick response, the BEST IN JACKSONVILLE, FL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I've had other home inspector companies in the past and Home Pro Inspections is by far the superior company. I got a detailed review and photos of issues back in a 57 page report in only one day. Mr. Barbour even advised me that I didn't need to spend additional money on a WDO for my situation instead of just charging me unnecessarily.

Bryan performed an inspection for us before placing our home on the market so we could identify and address issues up front. He arrived on time, was friendly/professional and did a VERY thorough inspection. His report was well organized, easy to understand and every thing inspected contained photos of the inspected areas plus Good photos and descriptions of issues requiring attention.

Buyer beware: Home Pro Home Inspection Company in Jacksonville Florida.
This review would be one star, but the first inspection was satisfactory so I hired Home Pro again for an inspection on the property I ultimately purchased.
I hired Home Pro to inspect the second home I was in contract on in St. Johns County, Florida. I cancelled the contract on the first home because of the inspection that Home Pro completed in the same neighborhood that indicated several minor issues with the home.
The inspection on the first home was performed by a very thorough inspector with a professional demeanor

I am buying a home and had the house inspected by Homepro inspections. Jeffrey came out and did an amazing job looking over all aspects of the home. He was gracious enough to explain things that I did not understand in great detail so that I could feel comfortable with the home and any issues it had. He was very professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if needed.
