I love it here! Gina is the greatest and Chris always does a great job maintaining the premises. I had two separate cases of covid in 2020. The first time was in the middle of winter and my hot water heater broke. The second time my AC went out during 100+ degree summer weather-terrible

Horrible. They paint over everything. Constant maintenance required. Our carpet had stains already when we moved in and we were blamed for them. We cleaned the carpets ourselves and our dogs never peed inside, yet they charged me for urine removal? Just don’t do it. Go somewhere else.
While living there our first set of upstairs neighbors were extremely loud. Then our next door neighbors would blast loud music all night long.
The maintenance man even witnessed me fall outside (really hurting myself) and he drove off in his little golf cart. Did not ask if I was okay or anything. They are just

Gina is the greatest, most professional, landlord that I have ever dealt with. I have had a couple of minor issues after moving in and one call and they were taken care of. I ain't moving. It's no wonder my neighbor had been here over 30 years. The benefits are numerous and Gina tops it off. Thankful resident Ken Askew.

I'd like to take a moment to recognize the fabulous property manager Gina. Her role already requires her to wear a hundred different hats...maintenance, sales, customer service, accounting....and this list goes on. She has always done a fantastic job, but when you consider the world climate over the last year and a half, it's even more impressive that she's able to support her clientele with so much grace, efficiency and professionalism during a difficult time for everyone...it is very impressive.

Just like other reviews have indicated, you will be billed unfairly for nothing when you leave. I was charged for not cleaning the inside of the kitchen light where bugs have entered. The fluorescent light casing is big and dangerous for renters to attempt to clean. I shampooed the carpet, but since I didn't pay a company to do it they charge me a cleaning fee. The office property manager agreed it was clean but that was company policy. I cleaned the blinds in better condition than when I moved in, they said it was not perfect again I was charged. I rented for many years at many places, this is

I never had the pleasure of living at Willow Creek but my husband and I were impressed with the treatment we received from Gabe and Gina. They really went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and show us various units. Willow Creek was our first choice but timing wasn't on our side. Unfortunately for us, there were no 1 bedroom/1 bath units available when we needed to move so we went with another complex but we will always be grateful for the treatment we received from the staff at Willow Creek. :)

I went to apply for an apartment. The whole complex looks shoddy. It's poorly built, crowded, and with poor materials. It's constructed in a circle so everyone, including the Managers, hava a view of everyone''s balcony. There are these boulders crowded together in the middle. It's very odd.
The aparmtent Manager Ms. Reyes is on a power trip. She enjoys using her tone of voice to chisle in words like "if you get REJECTED", "CRIMINAL backround check, etc" and any other negative character assaultive words she can casually throw into the conversation. After she says these words she pauses to stare

I rented a townhouse for a year. Strait from the early 80s with very little upgrades. The windows were single pane, the A/C could not keep up because it was the same 80s unit that cooled the smaller apartments. The range I recognised from being a little boy growing up in the 80s. One knob literally was from another range, with a scratch through the paint for the pointer. No overhead lighting, you will need floor lamps.
The place was quiet, except every tuesday when the grounds crew start up thr leafblowers for hours starting at 7am. The best point by far is the amount of shopping so close by.

Very old units, look great on the outside but very out dated inside. Nasty
old shower stalls like from an RV or something. Refrig was there when it was first rented. Thirty plus years old and not cheap. $1400 for a 2x2. That would not be bad if it was modern. Nice thing is they allow large dogs, bad thing is they don't make people clean up after them. So theres crap everywhere. No covered parking and alot of party noise late at night. Plus they are unreasonable with the amount they take from your security deposit. I don't recommend living there.

This is the perfect location close to everything! The apts have tons of storage & closet space throughout. Very open floorplans, I love my town home with the attached garage, feels more like I am in a home then in an apartment. It's usually very quiet. Mine has a good sized patio as well. Kitchen comes with a pantry & a washer & dryer inside of the apt. The manager Salina is very friendly and stays on top of things. This is the 2nd time I have lived there & I love it. It's also a short walk away from Woodward Park which I love & it has the most beautiful trees when

I couldn’t be happier with this complex as a whole. I love living at Willow Creek. The management is amazing. Brianna and Salina are both very friendly and willing to take care of any issue at all!! Not only do they do it immediately, but they are happy to help! The community is very friendly and I feel very safe here.

I know some of the reviews are less than stellar. However I can say that the new staff is absolutely amazing and doing everything possible to update the property. We have new toilets/facets and the whole property is undergoing a facelift. Paint and landscaping. I dont know what people are complaining about. These units are huge and have real fireplaces. My A/c Averages 90 a month in the summer. Best price for the area. Ashley has made me want to stay.

My husband and I rented the two bed, 2-1/2 bath (plus garage) condo for 6 months. The buildings are spaced far apart and we were surprised at how quiet it was. Rarely did we hear anything from our neighbors. While the building is older, anytime we asked for any kind of assistance, Ashley and her team got right on it and did everything possible to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend Willow Creek to anyone interested.

I've been here just a month now and am happy with my place. There were only a couple of issues on move in (missing towel bar and bad master bedroom outlet) both were addressed and taken care of immediately and efficiently. The ladies in the office have been very helpful every time I've gone in there and they are pleasant to deal with. Yes, the appliances are dated, but they work with no problems. The grounds in the area are always clean and maintained. The complex itself is very quiet and the neighbors I've met, kind. All in all, I'm very happy living here.

Save your money- go somewhere else!! Units are small and extremely outdated.AC units are garbage and are cause for the most expensive PG&E bills I've seen. The management staff is useless. They had 3 different types of construction happen around the building within the 1 year we were there- 2 of which caused the complex to close down half of the parking spaces for everyone. It was a MESS. Then they try to compensate by handing out disgusting peanut butter and jelly sandwiches the next morning. They sealed the jacuzzi. But installed a "community grill" that is in no way sanitary

Simply...don't move here if you have other options. Most of the residents are good people just living their lives. The problem is everything else...lol. The apartments are in a great location a school-wise,but lack in just about every other aspect. The hot tub was gross or non functioning for months...the workout room was under construction for a year...yet looked suspiciously the same when it reopened. Be ready for your AC to break down every summer when it gets hot, and they will make sure they tell you they are doing you a favor when they fix it. Be prepared for appliances from the 1980

This is quite possibly the worst place to live. Homeless people constantly in trash bins. Cars broken into on a regular basis. The washer, dryer, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator are so old and inefficient. Our electric bills the last summer here was over $800.00 a month. We asked them to look at our air unit a couple times but never was fixed right. The condenser was easily from the early 80's. Which seems like the theme here. I have lots of pictures of the homeless just outside our widows on early Saturday and Sunday mornings going thru the trash. Don't need a alarm if you pick a

When I lived there (9 years ago), it was quiet and the way each unit is set up, there is privacy with the front doors and balconies. The only thing I didn't like about it is that when we moved in, they said we had to pay extra for water and garbage and that it would never go up. We noticed that our water portion of the rent kept going up. The office seemed to have a high turnover rate. The rates always jumped up $50.00 at the end of every contract. We lived there for a few years and people would come in at lower rates than us, which seemed unfair. There was always a quick response when

The good: The townhouse units are beautiful with sunken living rooms and upstairs the bedrooms have angled ceilings. I've also got an attached garage. There really is a creek (artificial though it is) running through the complex complete with a family of baby ducklings. The parking is good, the grounds are kept clean, and it's been really quiet despite some current construction. They let me have my 2 dogs with an extra deposit but no extra monthly rent. People living in the complex I've run into have been friendly without being intrusive.
The bad: The office has limited hours
