By far THE WORST realty company in the country!!! 😠😠😠. They told us NOT to call them... that they only communicate via email; WHO DOES THAT??
If you see a property with their for sale sign up, please do yourself a huge favor and don't waste your time like I did! They will treat you like a second class citizen.
They really don't deserve the 1-star I gave them but that was the only way to leave a comment. Hopefully they will go out of business real soon!!! 😠😠😠

Been using them through the good times and the bad. They are second to none. Smaller realty company but bigger in heart and service. Thank you Alon Realty for sticking with us through Covid, lost jobs (due to Covid) and the struggle to right the ship.
People deserve to know the truth about personal service you get no where else. Yeah for the little guys.

Negative 10 stars worst place ever! Save you and your family, time and money. They don't fix anything and when they do they charge you. After 2 years of my apartment leaking. Worst place ever, worst landlord s, worst humans!!

This was the worst renting experience in my entire life. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!! They do not fix anything. My sick leaked the entire year we rented. There is mold, roaches, rats. Its was horrible. The windows have leaks and holes in them. The foundation is shifting which results in doors not being able to close and the entire house is leaning. They are so damn rude its ridiculous. And it's been over 2 months and we still haven't received our deposit back. I hate I had to give it 1 star they dont deserve that.

All the other reviews are very true. they trash. Stank attitudes for no reason. Maintenance Requests unfulfilled. Spiders, roaches, n rats (oh n they don't pay for extermination). Save yourself, go elsewhea.

This company has a prejudice against white people. This would be fine but it's the management company that runs the property. I am residing. Now I am mixed i guess I am not black enough. Today they had my privacy completely taken away. I have had nothing but uncomfortable dialogue only. I wish I had looked at the one star review on google. Just what you want at your home. Passive aggressive black women

Rude and unprofessional. Last month of our lease, have two small little ones 2 yo and a 8 month yo and they schedule constantly to view the home and tell us to vacant the property dispite the little ones nap time and tell us to pay another months rent for it to stop. They hold up that we signed the lease but actual respectable management companies denied us viewings out of courteously to the tenants still living on the property and not because they signed a lease. That speaks values to what kind of people these people are. Avoid giving these people the time of day. They will do it to you. Telling

They have helped me with my investments and always performed great. They also stay up to date on all the laws and guidelines so i don't have to. This is an experienced team that knows the houston market.

These are the most rudest disrespectful old females I have ever meet in my life I don’t know where to start ! They call and text off personal phones but catch these nasty attitudes when u call back say all kinds of rude thing then hang up I have never had anyone hang up in my pace as much as these ppl my floors are seeking in to the point if u walk they pop and break if u take a shower the water comes out the walls if u flush the toilet it comes from the bottom and backs up in sinks and tub ... I decided to break my lease this is no living condition for anyone don’t let me get started on the

My girlfriend and I were ready to sign a lease at a new home, but the stress of dealing with Nola and her team resulted in our decision to choose a new location. We would never want to live with these people as our property managers. Specifically, our bad experience was with Nola Lusk. Buyers, sellers, and renters beware.

Be advised renters: they will bill you for the maintenance that they do to their own property. We needed electrical work done to fix a broken light and they did the work then charged us, and right before Christmas. Thanks for the surprise bill.
