While selling my home, the buyer used Firm Foundation Home Inspection company and Jeff came out. Jeff has done an excellent job inspecting the home for anything that needed to be fixed or brought to the awareness of the buyer and seller. I will recommend this inspection company not for only home buyers but sellers also.

I was referred to Jeff from my realtor and I can't be any happier. Jeff was very thorough and had pictures to go with the explanations. He was inspecting a condo for me. Even though the outside is through the association he looked at the roof and the foundation to prevent anything going wrong on the inside. I would definitely refer him to anybody that asks.

They recently did a buyer’s inspection at my home and I left the permit paperwork for the upgrade from a 100 amp main electrical panel to a 200 amp main electrical panel in front of the panel to show that the proper permits were pulled to upgrade the panel. They claimed that they saw the paperwork for the permit but did not see the sticker for the inspection and that the panel wasn’t done professionally. The sticker for the inspection is on the meter box outside of the home approved by the township inspector signifying to consumers energy that it did pass inspection and that it’s okay to

Bill did a wonderful job going through every nook and cranny. He made sure to tell me everything I needed to know about the house, and answered all my questions. He was very professional and gave me a great report. I would recommend them to anyone.

There were many missed issues including a mouse infestation, a broken dishwasher that we were told was operational, unsealed holes around the house, eavestroughs needed to be replaced very soon after purchase, lots of wiring issues where old wiring posed a huge fire risk, a windows was installed (actually it wasn't even screwed in) improperly, carpeting in the entire house needed to be ripped out due to cat urine and feces stains that were not reported or discovered. I could post more, but I'm exhausted of typing and thinking about how much the inspector missed. I've since had to invest over $30

If you want a quality home inspection, I highly recommend these guys. Steve was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Paid close attention to small details and checked everything that he could access. All for a fair price too!
