The first home we purchased (and still live in!) was blue. We were both excited and nervous and will never forget the challenges of making one of the biggest purchases of our life. Blue House Home Inspections is a certified Radon Tester, and provides Radon Testing with professional equipment. Radon is an invisible, radioactive gas (you cannot see or smell it) that can be dangerous if there are high levels of it in your home. Radon is present in almost all air, but areas of poor soil ventilation can cause higher levels of radon that can increase your risk for lung cancer, second to cigarette smoking.

I’ve had several home inspections over the years. Without a doubt, Kendal was the most thorough of all. He observed issues and immediately brought them to my attention in detail. His knowledge and skills were evident from the start and I received his report the same day.
Ultimately, I made the decision not to purchase the home. But when I find another it’s a safe bet I’ll be calling on Kendal again.

I'm so happy my realtor suggested Blue House Home Inspections. Kendall was great to work with. Within a day of contacting him, he was inspecting the house. He was very thorough and professional. I had the pleasure of meeting Kendal Wabeke when he did my home inspection in July of 2021. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He was punctually and really took the time to make a connection with me. He answered all of my questions and showed me where things were located in my house and how to work them. My inspection was scheduled for 10 am and was completed in a couple of hours. Kendal had a detailed report with recommendations on how to repair or monitor items that he found in the inspection. We have used Kendal and Blue Home Inspections twice, once for a pre-offer home inspection and the second time for a full home inspection after our offer on a house was accepted. Kendal and our agent worked to schedule the inspections. The reports were very detailed and easy to understand. Pictures were included and each item mentioned was given a rating of how minor, moderate, or major concern. We used Blue House for a pre-inspection on a house we fell in love with and wanted to make a strong offer on. Kendal was very responsive leading up to the inspection, arrived at the home early, and was very thorough in his inspection. He was also very friendly and professional, answering all questions we had and sending a very informative report afterward. Unfortunately, we didn't win the house in question, but we will definitely call Kendal again next time we need an inspection!
