I hired nexus real estate LLC to do property management for my property and it’s been the worst decision I have ever made. The owner Micheal temple and his company is not professional at all. Once you sign papers with them you are on your own. Nexus Real estate llc doesn’t communicate or respond to any questions/concerns you have. He is very disrespectful to black people and I will seriously tell black people to stay away from his company. He is fraudulent and not transparent in the way he conducts his business. You should not let his company manage your private property, commercial property

Nexus has been great for our property. We’ve finally been able to get a lot of our construction projects completed since their team knows how to manage a project. Our manager has been able to help us prioritize future work and ensure we’re hitting the right areas first.
We had some exterior work that was needed as well and there sister company was able to help with roof and siding.

When I moved into Marr-Don apartments Nexus Real Estate became the new owner. I stayed there for a year. They took some of my security deposit for Final Electric Bill and Unpaid Past Due when all of my bills were paid before my move out date. I moved out in April 2021. I have called and emailed them multiple times. They have not called back as they said or responded to any of my emails. The forms they sent me from Xcel Energy does not have my account number on it. I spoke to Xcel multiple times after receiving my deposit and the account number listed on the form is for the entire building as they

We have been living here at the apartment on Cromwell and the whole experience is terrible! The day of move in we were assured that everything will be updated, cleaned, and ready for my new family THAT WAS A LIE. The tub, carpet and floors was dirty the day of move in we had to send them back to clean it and it was still dirty! We ran into the cleaner and the only response was “that was the best I could do”. The first month we were greeted by roaches, bugs and spiders,I spent months reaching out to them and the didn’t response until I sent out a big paragraph complaining to call the state

You know I try and give chance after chance after chance but over the course of the last year and a half going on 2 this company is really unresponsive and unreliable. I feel like with all the money we pay for rent up here you should at least be able to have a landlord that is responsive to problems and helps to fix problems instead you have to battle to get them on the phone or catch them in the office. I’m not saying don’t rent from them however if you do just be aware of what your in for. Renting from this company is definitely an experience

We had a very on hand landlord during our first few months of our lease. Always came to our place whenever there was a problem, same day or the next day. Nexus then bought our apartment complex. We lived with mice for MONTHS before they did anything about it. We reached out multiple times before getting any kind of response. We are currently living with a broken tub/shower, which has been broken for a week now. A full week, where myself and my roommates either cannot shower or have to travel to clean ourselves. Nexus told us they would come to fix it two days in a row, and did not follow through

My family and i have lived at Granite Ridge for 11 years now. I have been truly blessed to have lived here and call it home. The maintenance teams is great.
