Danielle Cifuentes is the ringmaster you want! Look, anybody can show you a property, or agree with your tastes. But what really counts is closing the deal. A real estate transaction has lots of players and moving parts. It can be an intimidating experience, especially to the novice. Danielle pays strict attention to every detail. It is her follow-through on ALL aspects of the transaction with ALL the players, performed in a timely manner that really counts. If one of the other participants in the transaction is not doing their job, she will make sure they do, or recommend replacing them with someone

Scott Parkin was an absolutely fantastic realtor. He was the reason our dated townhouse sold. He evaluated our property with his team and determined what needed to be changed. He actually did many of the smaller upgrades himself! He was everything a seller could want. He was very available and answered communications promptly, he has endless positive energy and worked very hard. He earned every penny of his commission. We worked with him selling another townhome about 10 years ago and it was the same Scott this time! Highly professional and very funny! He went way above and beyond. I highly recommend

I worked with Jill Barrett at Verve and had a great experience as a first time homebuyer.
