Thurman was about the only company around that worked on residential boilers in the Tacoma area. Great company and enjoyed working with them! Reasonably priced and great customer service. They installed a new boiler for us and removed an old boiler that took 4 guys to move in our old early 20th century home.

Called Bill after our heat went out during a below freezing winter snow storm in December 2021. Called other places with no luck but Bill answered first call. He had me send him a picture of the furnace and he walked me through the entire process on how to troubleshoot the issue. He saved our family during these freezing temperatures we are in. I cannot thank him enough! I highly recommend Bill!!

Called Bill for repairs on my furnace. Instead he gave me directions over the phone on how to fix it. (I’m a DIY kinda guy) He even ordered the part for me, paid for it. I picked it up and installed myself. He also hasn’t allowed me to pay for the part either....Who does that?!
This guy is awesome!
Bill, I can’t thank you enough.

Needed a new gas furnace and hot water heater for a 1950s rambler. Bill responded promptly to my request for a quote, worked steadily despite additional issues caused by renovation going on around him, made several suggestions that helped with the budget, and overall did a beautiful job. I have used Thurmans now to replace 3 furnaces and two hot water tanks, and believe that I need look no further for these services.

I guess the work was good. The furnace works now. The gentleman spent about 45 minutes here and charged me $300.00
To change out a $7.00 part. He told me the part was $96.00. That's quite a mark up. Maybe he should try a different supplier....... meanwhile he has contacted me and offered to refund the $96.00.
I will gladly change the review after.
All said and done. He did refund me for the part. We both apologized for the miss understanding. He did good work and in the end, for a reasonable price. I would definitely use Thurmans again.
