I lived here last year for about a year and a half. The neighbor is very quiet and although the apartments are older I enjoyed how spacious mine was. The staff and maintenance crew were always amazing especially Ms Dedra! I only did 4 stars BC one it requires a lot of lamps to light it and my power went off 4 times when the power box thing outside would like “explode”. I’m not even sure that’s the property’s issue and it was usually fixed within 2-4 hrs. I also felt jipped on my deposit return. I took very good care of the apartment and cleaned it thoroughly before I left. All in all

I give it a four because the price is a little high but it's also right smack in the middle of everything, so it evens out. But other than that the maintenance people are great when you call the office the maintenance guy would be here very soon and take care of the problem. Their pet friendly and they have a really nice park right beside them for walking and for play. I was happy to continue living here! 😁🤙

I've been here for a little over two months. I moved from out of state and was not able to view the place in person before I moved in. It's not horrible but, not as good as what I expected. I don't plant to renew my lease.
Pros:
-Neighbors are quiet and friendly.
-The apartments are very spacious.
-Lots of available parking.
-Not far from multiple shopping centers or downtown Louisville.
Cons:
-There was a strong animal urine stench in the carpet.
-The apartment was not as described on the website or ready when it was time for me to move in.
-You will need to buy multiple lamps for the

I am writing this review in a 10 almost 11 year reflection. First off this apartment complex is not perfect but they definitely listen to feedback and become better. I have enjoyed most of my time here and want to speak to a few things that are important.
First, maintaince staff are ALWAYS very fast to respond and perform NECESSARY work even in the middle of the night sometimes. The maintaince staff have many times come same day for maintaince calls.

I've lived in these apartments for 9 years, the office staff is now professional, and pleasant to deal with. They are very attentive to things that need to be fixed, work orders, emergencies after hours. I have had it all and I have not had any problems. These apartments are centrally located for Louisville and that is why I stay. They are not that expensive as the rest of this area, but functional for what you need. Check it out, it's worth it.

I have lived here several years and will say that things are much better than they were a few years ago. The new manager seems to care about the apartments and the people that live here. I have noticed a lot of improvements in the last year and have been offered some updates myself. The apartments are older but very reasonably priced for the area. I would recommend them to someone on a budget that wants to be centrally located.
