The Hills Apartments

If you want to live in a place where nothing gets fixed this is the place. When we lived there something was always wrong make a complaint and absolutely nothing was done about it. The security that’s supposed to help around the complex is rude. Everyone is fake. The unit they show to get you to move in is so much nicer than what you actually move into.

Lived on a sub level apartment. Crickets somehow always found their way in. They were in the vents somehow as well. Had a window that leaked and soaked the carpet every time it rained and each time they claimed it was fixed but it always leaked the next time it rained. The apartment above us had bed bugs and we weren't notified. When we found a dead one in our apartment they had the apartment treated and tried to make us pay for it. It's the law that they have to pay for it in this scenario.
When I moved out I stayed with a relative for a year. After that I began to apply for apartments. I found

If you value peace and safety do not live here. The walls are thin, you will hear your upstairs neighbor and the neighbor across the hall. My vehicle was first robbed, then stolen a few weeks later. I do not feel safe going to my car without having a gun on me at this complex.

I moved in just over 6 months ago and I love it here! Amelia and Darcy in the management office are so nice! When I have a maintenance request put in it gets done fast and right and the maintenance guys are always so nice as well!

I have lived here for 3mo and I can't express how HAPPY I am to be here!! It was definitely a great choice!! The office staff is AMAZING! They are more than willing to help with anything you need and are super sweet!! They try to make sure they know residents are appreciated! The maintenance crew is always on top of things and hard working... I appreciate ALL staff members of The Hills and what they do to make the community GREAT!

Truly the best apartment complex I have lived in. The apartment’s interior and exterior are amazing, in unit washer and dryers for 2 and 3 bedrooms! The entire complex is beautifully taken care of, and they have a dog park with fully stocked doggy clean up stations throughout the property. It’s so convenient for dog owners. All other amenities are fantastic. Both Darcy and Amelia made moving in a breeze and they always get back to me in a very timely manner. Thank you to the entire staff for making this place feel like home so soon!

I've been living here for a few months now. I like my apartment. I've never had a maintenance issue. I also like the feel of the neighborhood. It's very laid back with little to no drama or domestic issues. I get off work late at night and I always feel safe coming home. My only issue is the noise level in my apartment. The walls and floors are very thin, so you can hear everything your neighbor above you does. I've lived in lower income apartments in the inner city that have better soundproofing than these. All you hear is children running, bumping and screaming all day long. It's so loud that

Apartment was pretty awesome but I had a really bad experience As far as them people at the office.
I understand that they gotta do their job but being nice to people when they move out isn’t too hard or try to work with people as much as you guys can.
. It seems like it’s all about money and Whatever they can get out of people when they move out.

When we were looking at apartments these were the ones that stuck out to us and seemed to offer more for their price. They are very nice and have that nice modern look/feel. The tour was great and when it came time to move in the process was fairly easy. We've had a couple maintenance issues but as soon as we put in a work order maintenance was here the very next morning! Location is nice, having 169 close by gives you access to pretty much everything.

My husband and I are going on year three of living at The Hills. We love the amenities and how pet-friendly the apartments are. The gym and pool are well-taken care of, and our dog loves the fenced-in dog play area. Darcy in the main office is incredible and the most helpful person. Maintenance always fulfills requests quickly, and I truly don't have anything bad to say. We love living here.

My husband, my dog, and I are currently leasing our second year with The Hills, and we love it! We love the property’s convenience to highway 169 and other local places, as well as the amazing staff. Darcy and Tammy are the best!!! They always go above and beyond to take care of us, and it doesn’t go unnoticed! The maintenance staff is also great. Our dog loves them all, and they take care of our maintenance requests as quickly as possible, regardless the size of the request. Overall, we would highly recommend leasing with The Hills! It has been the perfect place for us to get comfortable living

I am not yet a resident here but so far I only have good things to say about Ashley and Darcy! They were both very helpful with the application process and I can't wait to become a resident!

If I could give this place no stars, I would. This is by far the worst place to live for the prices they promote. So many issues since the beginning. Here are some issues to expect: clogged toilets, clogged shower drains, leaking washer unit, leaking windows (horrendous during every single rain & snow day thus far & still not fixed. Has also ruined many of our towels & dish wear due to the fact that we've tried to keep it from ruining the carpet) poor insulation, damaged towel racks, cheap window blinds (break easily), faulty garbage disposal, faulty lights, the "gym"

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

We moved in thinking the apartment looked great. Upon further inspection we found out everything is actually very cheap quality and just painted to look nice. The shelf under our sink was bent, and they wouldn't replace it after saying it was from a water leak. The "new" carpet was frayed alone all the edges and completely matted. Every single outlet was so loose that you had to hold something plugged in because it wouldn't stay or you had to push something in front of it to hold it in. We had a year-long lease and ended up moving out after eight months

Here's the low down on this place!

Pros:
- Maintenance is speedy quick when it comes to any problems I have encountered.
- I've never had a problem with the management, and they always return my emails ASAP!
- I get to have my dog! And there are plenty of stations around the property that provide bags, so I don't have to supply my own.
- The pool is a great amenity, and I've never experienced it to be over-crowded.
- My neighbors are really nice, and understanding.
- My two bedroom is pretty spacious! I love having two bathrooms. Plus, the rate I pay for my space is a pretty

Alright, so the sad thing is I actually like my place.
If I could actually talk to someone in management, this would be a 5-star review. I have been told that an e-mail had been sent to the owner multiple times, and have called in at least a dozen times in regards to 1 question (the possibility of a google fiber hookup). So yeah. I'm not happy. Be prepared - if you move in, you're never going to hear from your owners after the second you sign the paperwork.
