It’s nice size for one person. But the building is too old. If you get in the building after 11:00 PM you probably won’t find a parking spot close to your building.

Claims two parents and 3 children cannot live in their 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartments which is against tenant laws. Did not even give them a chance.

I’ve lived here for a over a year, and most of my contact has been with Jennifer Vaughn. She is very kind, understanding, and helpful. Not sure if there is new staff based on when some of these other reviews are, but the current staff are quite professional. My wife and I extended our lease because of this, the amenities, and the private feel to our apartment.
There are a lot of families that live here, but I’ve never had trouble with noise or anything. Summers here are great with the pool, which is cleaned daily (seen that myself).
The only struggle I’ve had is with packages, which is

When i first got a tour of this place I was excited to move in. But from almost day one my living experience at Greenbriar started off mediocre and just got worse and worse over the year I lived there. The staff that work there are nice, but that is the only good quality.
1) Maintenance was slow to respond to some of my requests. I had some work orders put in for my apartment from the first day i moved in and they were never fixed. The office told me that they are not always good at keeping track of all the work orders, but assured me that if I just kept sending requests they would be taken care

It has one of the best apartments you could get in Madison west at this price including all the amenities. The management is very professional and the maintenance team is quick and responsive. I stayed here for more than 2 years and I absolutely have no complaints. Jenni and Enelda at the leasing office are doing a commendable job in handling all your queries and concerns.

Nice place to stay. I lived here as a guest, so i never dealt with management staff. So i can't comment on that. But I like the appartment. They are clean and peaceful. Appartment located in the heart of the Madison city, though they got so peaceful surrounding. Nice walking area to have fresh air. Children love this place. They can do swimming, cycling, can play tennis etc. Nice club house and fitness centre. They have laundry room in every building. You can have shopping centre in walking distance.

I have found the Greenbriar to be a lovely peaceful place to live. Although not a brand new complex it has its own charm and appeal. The apartment is spacious and cosy at the same time with a fantastic walk in closet and more than enough cabinets in the kitchen (1 bedroom luxury). The ladies in the office are very responsive to maintenance needs and handle issues in a respectful professional manner. I am truly enjoying my apartment and love the close proximity to shopping and dining. I have recommended the complex to a number of friends, one of which who has moved in and have several others considering

Best apartment in the area and inexpensive! My husband and I have lived here 2 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. Has an amazing pool, hot tub, fitness area, and club house. Price includes internet, heat, AC, gas, and water. Our apartment has in unit laundry, whirlpool tub, fireplace, huge walk in closet, spacious porch, etc. Staff are super nice and quick to fix anything.

I would not recommend living here. To say the least, when they call it "luxury apartments," it's a bit of a stretch--not that I was expecting a luxury apartment anyway. The positives are that the units are spacious and comfortable. The sunken living room and breakfast bar are nice too, and the complex comes with some solid amenities. That's about the extent of it. The public areas and hallways smell like burnt food, and residents consistently dump cardboard at the end of the hallway instead of the recycling area downstairs, in spite of the clearly visible sign with this simple instruction. I've

I love living here! I'm always impressed by the no-nonsense staff. I always get quick responses from staff if I need something fixed or have a question. My unit is nice and clean with thick walls and everything I need. I have a great view from my balcony. The shared spaces are also attractive. I love using the pool in the summer.
