It is a scenic area, and also near the University of Rhode Island. 100 years ago, the Sea View Trolley ran across this property bringing visitors to Narragansett by electric train.

Room was dirty, something that looked like snot was on the refrigerator, splatter on mirror and walls. Had holes in the ceiling and just when I tried to go to sleep I say bugs on the ceiling, walls, mirror and headboard. Website said the offered breakfast and when we asked the clerk sent us down the street. When I told the desk clerk about the bugs, he asked me what kind. I had pics and showed him. He shared with me that they came in through the windows. That means he knew and rented the room to me. Almost forgot. Bed was on a platform that sounded like it would break when you sat on it or moved
