When you arrive at Clark Veterinary Hospital for a scheduled appointment, you will still need to call to check in. Once we have an examination room available, you and your pet will be escorted inside. You must wear a face mask while in our facility. All prescriptions and therapeutic diet transactions will remain curbside to avoid too many people in our reception area.
If you do not feel well, have a fever, a cough, the sniffles, or have been recently exposed to anyone with any symptoms, you must call to reschedule your appointment. Dr. Kathy Clark is the owner of Clark Veterinary Hospital, started by her father in 1955. Growing up in the area, she has a close connection to her clients and their pets, many of whom she has known for a long time. Dr. Clark graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Science.
Dr. Clark's practice has an in-house laboratory, provides radiographs, and an Ultrasound Specialist and Board-Certified Surgeon on-site when needed. A complete physical examination includes looking at your pet's eyes, ears, mouth, skin, and hair. A stethoscope will be used to listen to the heart and lungs.

We have two pups and needed to decide on a vet. Fortunately we decided to go to Dr. Clark. She has a tremendous bedside manner. She always spends a few minutes greeting the puppies before the visit begins. I can tell that she enjoys this part of her job :) We've only just begun seeing Dr. Clark since our pets are still young, but I am confident that they will receive the best care at Clark Veterinary Hospital. The staff have been great. They make a competent and caring team.

I have come here several times to have my older dog diagnosed after several problems. I have had nothing but SOLIDLY GOOD experiences here. The staff are very competent, professional, friendly, courteous, accommodating & efficient. I have experienced nothing but really good service here & I have been to a litany of vets around the US & abroad bc of work assignments. Dr Clark is a graduate of Tufts Veterinary School in Boston which is one of the BEST Vet schools in the US. I am very happy with this Veterinary clinic & will continue to bring both my Bassets here.

We bring our 4 year old Great Dane/Boxer mix here. He doesn't do well with other dogs so the staff bring him in through the back, a huge weight lifted off my shoulders the first time we went here knowing that he was in a safe environment. He was happy and relaxed because they were happy and relaxed! They're very understanding of his anxieties. Services are thorough and easy to arrange. There's nobody demanding hundreds of dollars for things that are unnecessary. Top-notch care, without breaking the bank. A refreshing scene when it comes to veterinary services. I have owned pets for years and have not found a better Vet office than Dr. Clark's! When I bring my pets to her I find that both the staff (from the front desk to the techs) all are kind and compassionate. They are great communicators and care about the animals. Dr. Clark is open and honest and I trust what she tells me about my pets. I will not take my babies to anyone else!

I honestly love this place. When I got my puppy I brought her here for her 1st checkup. My puppy had a cold with congestion in her chest. The staff was so awsome n welcoming n treated my baby with the upmost attention and care. They immediately put her on antibiotics n she was better in 24 hrs. The staff is so professional n loving. My puppy doesnt hesitate to come here like most dogs. She knows where shes loved. Its been a homerun ever since.

Clark Veterinary Hospital has taken care of my cats and dogs for 4 decades now, and they've received the best possible care, without exception. My dogs have never objected to 'going to the vets' as Dr. Kathy Clark is gentle with them, giving them treats and reassuring them during 'vaccinations' and handles her 'clients' with compassion and expert care.
