I toured this property with latisha .
She was awesome...
While I was there I was greeted by chris doing an inspection on the apartment I was looking at making sure everything was absolutely perfect and ready for a new tenant.
I loved the feel and look of the building overlooking lake mirror. JUST AMAZING..
Chrissy did all my paperwork and I was approved for this property aswell...
I CANT BEIVE IT!!!!!.
I'm kinda torn between the two just don't know but I swear Broadway real estate is the best.

What this place has going for it is the location, which is something management cannot screw up. Since the building was built in the 1920s, many things are old, but that's no excuse for not updating anything. Upper floor residents will sometimes have to deal with climbing the stairs when the single elevator goes out for days at a time. If you rent a garage for an indoor experience for your car, know you will still deal with getting rained on through the cracks in the ceiling which funnel water directly onto your car door area, and walking face-first through spider webs on a daily basis as no one
