Hannah attended Delaware Technical Community College where she studied Veterinary Technology and received her license in August of 2019. She is great with providing medical treatment to our patients and assistanting in surgery and dental cleanings. Educate the public on animal care in order to prevent cruelty, suffering, and neglect of pets. Facilitate the rescue, medical care, rehabilitation, and adoptive placement of dogs and cats.

There a no words to describe how great this veterinary hospital is! The vets and staff at this office truly are amazing!! They love each and every pet like it's their own. They go the extra mile to make you and your pet feel comfortable. I also take my dog to the groomers here and have had nothing but positive experiences! 10/10 recommend. We have 2 English Bulldogs, one has been coming since he was a baby, and my other since we rescued her. Both of my dogs absolutely love it here and get so excited when we pull into the parking lot. The staff is always so accommodating and patient when it comes to my questions and concerns and they explain things very thoroughly; Plus its clean! There is not many places I would trust with my babies, especially because of their breed but there is not enough good things I can say about this vet.
Boarding on the other hand is not as recommended on my end, the boarding building smell is very overwhelming

I’ve used and continue to use Summit Bride Vet for vet services, dog boarding and dog grooming. I’m extremely happy with all services, particularly the grooming. I have a 13 year old yorkie who does not like to be groomed; he bites. Ashley L has been able to clip his fur and nails without a problem. She is also outstanding with my Aussie. Highly recommend this place!

I used to like this place a lot. I felt completely comfortable taking my dog here. But their customer service is absolutely terrible. To cancel a boarding reservation (made weeks in advance) the day before drop off is so irresponsible and completely unprofessional. Luckily, we were able to find last minute accommodations. It's unacceptable that we called to confirm on Monday and now as of Wednesday 12pm we didn't know what we were going to do with our dog while we were away.

My cat was having GI issues and after exhausting every recommendation and option we had, we decided he’d need veterinary intervention. Called around to a few places who either weren’t accepting new clients or were weeks or months out. I saw Summit Bridge Vet highly recommended, called them, and they were able to get Roux in quickly! The hospital is… beautiful and clean, and the staff were extremely welcoming, friendly, and professional. Front desk staff are warm and friendly, even with rough interactions and sad news being delivered at times. that can take a toll, and you can see they genuinely care about their patients and their experience. our visits with dr. zhang and dr. jastrebski have been informative, thorough and comforting when necessary. they are affordable and clear with options, and have great availability and hours. i wouldn't hesitate to bring any new pet we may add to our family to summit bridge.

They are great. i switched both my dogs to this vet. They are very patient with my dog denny who is a reactive rescue. it warms our heart how understanding and sweet they are with him. Our puppy daisy went for the first time today and she was so happy and excited the whole time and even met a friend. The staff is always so friendly and helpful and caring. Will never go to another vet. Love them

We recently switched to Summit Bridge from our normal vet mainly because this was way closer to home. we did have a great experience our first visit but sadly our 2nd visit will be our last. I am extremely… disappointed in the boarding department. I picked up my dog with an injury, blood spots in his bed, and was never notified. when I spoke to the boarding manager about it I basically just got a "sorry but these things happen." my dog has never been this stressed out when I board him. Never again! We will be going back to Middletown Vet.

My puppy had the best first time experience here. We will definitely be back. She's got a problem with her back leg and that was not a problem for their expert groomers. They are awesome. We went to the vet after to schedule another first time appointment because our grooming experience was so wonderful. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby.

We are new to Summit Bridge Veterinary Hospital, but after 2 visits with our 2 dogs, Nala and Yuna, we fell in love with the staff! They do an amazing job here and we will absolutely be using them in the future… for our animals. We could get our new puppy in very quickly by their drop off method as well as our older dog a few days later. Our older dog has not always had pleasant experiences at our old vets office but seeing her today wagging her tail and almost following one of the staff back inside just sealed the deal for me! Misdiagnosed our dog twice. She ended up having an infected uterus where they deemed it as “she will eat when she wants to”. Took her for a second opinion, that vet had her for 15 mins and knew what was wrong and kept her for emergency surgery. Her uterus was 1.5lbs and she only weighs 8lbs. If it had ruptured she would have died.

We brought our new puppy here for a wellness check. Due to COVID-19 protocols we could not go in with our puppy; however, this appointment would be the first and only time I ever spoke to a vet. No one clearly explained the shots necessary for our puppy and when they were due. In fact, on some visits, we were asked which shots he needed. They didn't even look at the results and instead charged my card without my knowledge for an insufficient amount of de-wormer that wasn't even the correct product. I had to waste my gas and time having to return it to them.

I decided to bring my pupper here since it's in super close proximity to our home. she is a 3 month, 4 lb yorkie and the vet and techs here are INCREDIBLE!!! they absolutely love my puppy and take really good care of her! they are super understanding about how little she is and they only give her one shot at a time being that they don't wanna irritate or cause harm to her. The place is also SUPER CLEAN (totally appeals to my OCD side). The ONLY BAD THING I have to say is that this place is a little on the pricier side BUT with that being said they have payment plans that include wellness

Friendly staff however way over priced. First time I had a coupon and it seemed normal. Second time for a follow up it was $90 for them to test her urine ($55 after making me wait for 45 minutes) then $35 cuz I said my dog had a bump which the doctor checked in 5 seconds and said it was just her rib. Absolutely gorgeous hospital inside and out. Dr. B is the best. She is so compassionate to all my animals and takes her time with us explaining everything. The hospital is so nice and clean. The colors inside are so happy looking and my dog actually enjoys going! The kennel building is great and has a fenced in doggie daycare area with astro turf as well as the outside of the kennel runs. I think that's great compared to past kennels I have used which are all cement. My parents now travel an hour to see Dr. B because they are also impressed with everything.
