Soul Path Yoga
Class size is limited in order to maintain personal attention for each individual. While we have many things in common, each person is different and therefore has an individual path. Come find yours. All classes include Meditation Techniques. We begin with quiet mind followed by asana to warm up the body and then some deeper practice to help us let go of everything that isn't the practice.

Each class has a focus and intention to open our awareness and gage what this body, mind, energy body needs. Come begin your journey. Yoga unites the mind, Physical body, and energy body in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Regular practice will help you reach, improve and enjoy poses, correct posture, improve breathing and your outlook on life.
Services
A yoga teacher's first priority is stability and comfort for all students in all poses. From my perspective, the practice of yoga is a personal journey. While yoga is not a religion, it is a yoke between body, mind and spirit. In the practice we move inward, improving breathing, quieting the mind and encouraging flexibility.
Find Kitty at the following locations in Southeastern Wisconsin - Currently Classes are Online. This is a slower moving class where we focus our attention on connecting mind, body and spirit. Bringing ourselves to what needs to be opene. Feel free to reach out with any questions or inquiries, or to learn more about class schedules.
Many have the misconception that only their technique will bring you to true meditation. I would suggest there are many paths leading to the river that flows into meditation. Beginning or learning meditation can best be approached with an open heart and an open mind. Even if you have previous experience, each lesson has the potential to bring something new if you are open to it.
