Designed for beginners to learn postures, breathing technique and to get comfortable within a class. This class will progress slowly and focus on correct positioning of basic yoga postures. For all levels - This type of yoga uses poses that are either seated or lying down with props. The poses are often held up to 5 minutes to deepen the stretch.
This class will leave you feeling relaxed and refreshed. Blend of Hatha yoga with a Vinyasa Flow. A creative pattern is used that links sequences of postures, movement and breath. Designed for anyone who feels they have a limitation due to age, weight, or physical impairment. The class begins in a chair and moves to standing or sitting on the floor as one is able.

Our Monthly Unlimited Subscription allows you to attend as many classes a month as you would like. No contract or cancellation fees. Does not include special events. Our Monthly Limited Subscription allows you to attend eight classes a month (no rollover). Any additional regular classes can be purchased at a discounted rate of $10.

I am a dental hygienist and I have been wanting to try this studio out since the yoga studio in Germantown did not survive the Pandemic. This studio is excellent. The Energy the studio provides is exactly what I needed. I have been in Kathy's Friday class and other classes with Diane. Both of them made me feel very Welcomed as a new person to the studio. The shoulder work and overall yoga stretches have been perfect and my body is grateful for this place and the experience. I have already used 5 of my 10 sessions in a two week period and I look forward to getting back into my routine of in person

Awesome yoga experience! The atmosphere is so warm and welcoming no matter your level of practice. The instructors work with you if you have a limitation. Plenty of classes at different times of the day. I especially love the special events that include meditation, sound healing, restorative, yin and massage. There is something for everyone. I look forward to my classes every week!

I love this studio! It's a very warm, friendly and inclusive environment. The instructors are very knowledgeable and able to instruct on every level. I have a much better understanding of what different yoga poses should look and feel like and how to do them properly. I have a renewed love of yoga since attending classes here.

Love Love Love Peace Yoga Studio. The studio is so welcoming and with all the different class times available anyone should be able to find a class that fits their schedule. The instructors help you get the most out of each class no matter what level you are at. I also love the variety of classes available and that each class is new so you are never bored. I highly recommend this studio.

I love Peace yoga studio! I used to have chronic back problems and that is now gone after getting into the routine of attending yoga weekly. There are many classes offered so it's easy to find some that work into your schedule. It is a really nice environment where you don't feel pressured to do more than your body can on any given day. And, conversely, if you feel like challenging yourself that is offered as well.

I took a class called gentle yoga with my boyfriend here a few months back. After taking classes in the past where the instructor was not so understanding of my health issues, Diane was a breath of fresh air!
During gentle yoga classes she moves at your pace and offers alternative suggestions for positions if you cannot get in them. She also offers help with getting into said positions and doesn't call you out in front of the whole class if you do something wrong(one of the things that I experienced in the aforementioned yoga class. slightly embarrassing!). I really enjoyed my experience
