Bright, colorful, brand new, cheery and fabulous amenities. Everything about this property is first class and the design and finish is amazingly high in quality and functionality. The apartments are beautifully laid out and most generous in their size and top of the line fixtures and finish. I had such a positive experience visiting and moving into this place.

I had such a positive experience with the previous management. However, the new management is rather unresponsive and irresponsible. They took forever to give us our new lease terms and rental. Simple requests like a mirror for the garage were ignored. Lots of unanswered emails. It's obvious that their main focus is acquiring more tenants and not taking care of existing tenants. It's a shame since the last management crew were so responsive and thoughtful

I have been very disappointed since moving here. The place seemed great but its mostly a facade. There is an auto shop directly behind it which is ridiculously loud for most of the day every day. We cant enjoy our balcony or even our own home. Working from home has been the worst experience because of the constant noise. An issue like a constant sticking door took 6 months to fix. Security is also quite low, car break-ins, homeless sleeping by your stoop or in the lobby. Communication on these issues has been very low by management and when one tries to communicate with them all you get is corporate

Please don’t make the mistake of moving to this building. There are so many issues with this complex. The building is located next to several auto repair shops and the train station so it is constant noise. It is nearly impossible to work from home in these apartments. Also the building has no security whatsoever. There have been multiple car break-ins in the “secure” parking structure. The building also has an issue with homeless individuals getting inside. They wander the halls. They sleep in front of people’s doors. They hang out in the lobby. The utilities here are also higher than
