A year ago I would have told myself that nobody is going to make fun of you, even if you think you look silly. I do things now that I never thought I would do at work and home! I work as a dentist am hunched in the chair all day from patient to patient. I know I need to take action to stay strong, so training at 413 has become part of my lifestyle.

Being fit has changed a lot of things in my life that I didn't anticipate! A lot has changed for me since I started coming in. I never saw myself being able to do a pull-up and now I can do nearly ten! I like the fact that the trainers know how hard they can push me towards my limit, but not past it.
Services
Margaret has been training at 413 since March of 2017. She earned her CPT from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She graduated from Indiana University Southeast in December of 2016, with her Bachelors in Strategic Communication and is the head of Marketing. She also earned her PNL1 from Precision Nutrition and is our nutrition coach.
For most people, the key to building a "dream body" is controlling their eating habits outside of the gym. Our nutrition coaching serves to help you ditch the diet and learn sustainable nutrition strategies. We guide you through the confusion and give you a clear path to receive the results you want.
Personal training is the most effective way to transform your body in the least amount of time. Your personal coach will build you a custom plan and hold you accountable every step of the way. Enjoy a personalized workout plan and a lot of accountability in a non-intimidating environment. Train around injuries, work around your schedule, and never wait for a piece of equipment.
Each day you'll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective fitness methods. All of our coaches must pass a rigorous certification process before leading group classes. This ensures that you stay safe and injury-free. After a while you'll find that our workouts feel like a game. Many of our clients say that they look forward to coming to the gym for the first time in their life.
Group class style fitness that encourages total body exercises and ways to easily challenge yourself. Just get moving, or really challenge your endurance. Have a recent injury or new to exercising? 1on1 sessions may be just the place to get you started. In a Success Session, we will go over your health history, previous injuries, goals, and a sample workout.

413 Fitness has been such a positive for my overall health and well being.
I initially started to help with a shoulder injury but I have also reaped the benefits of increased strength, indurance, and weight loss!
I highly recommend 413 fitness to all age groups. I'm 58 and feeling better than I did 10 years ago.
The entire 413 staff and members have sent out encouraging positive vibes to help me on my journey!

Clothes fit better... but what I like most is everyone is friendly and they are great cheerleaders and I love how Sam checks on me to see if I am coming. So accountability is something I have never had before when trying to diet or exercise. Kudos to 413!

I sought out a trainer to help with my mobility. The professional staff at 413 Fitness have shown me that with their guidance, hard work and determination, I will be able to regain my ability to walk with confidence. Sam, Margaret, and Blake have developed a personalized plan to meet my individual needs. The one-on-one training that I receive has allowed me to cancel my plans for knee replacement surgery.

413 has an amazing atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome and encouraged. I am not someone who typically works out and found them on google. I knew I needed a change so I took the chance. I actually look forward to working out now and going in. I never feel like I am being judged in class and everyone is very helpful! I have recommended them to all of my friends and family!

I found 413 Fitness through God I'm sure of it. I won a nutrition gift certificate through an online auction that supports Forget Me Not Ministries. Last month I decided to contact 413 to use that gift certificate. I was welcomed and decided to purchase the fitness foundation as well. It has been the best experience ever. Margaret works with you on your nutrition and gives you attainable goals that build on each other. It's very helpful to getting you to make healthier choices when eating. Blake is awesome at giving you a workout and pushing you to do 1% better. If you hate your legs that's good

I've had an awesome experience at 413 Fitness. I didn't know how to begin my fitness journey, but Blake and his team have made it easy and I can move forward feeling great about my healthier habits. Blake, Margaret and Sam are dedicated to your ambitions and know how to apply the right amount of enthusiasm and encouragement to keep you going. I love the flexibility of their scheduling app and the amount of classes you can take is a wonderful option. Everyone I've met there is great, no body shaming at all, we come in all shapes and sizes! 413 fitness is an amazing gym to get stronger! The trainers are highly skilled and customize each workout to who is in attendance- making accommodations when needed. It has a great “small group” feel and you really get to know who you are working out with.
Each quarter the trainers assess where you are and you get to see the progress you are making. All fitness levels are welcome - no one is shamed or made to feel like they can’t do things - we all push each other.
They take workouts outside of the gym as well, and do trail runs and other events. I highly recommend them! It is money well

I started here a few years ago to get back into working out regularly after having kids and since Covid I have started semi-private sessions which made me feel safe seeing all of the precautions they take to keep the gym clean and safe. It has been an amazing experience and changed my health 100%! I love the semi-private and group classes. Every workout is carefully planned by the trainers and they work with every participant to motivate them and help us have great form with each exercise. Now that I’m there regularly, I love the community we have built. There’s diversity in age and ability

I recently started going to 413 Fitness and have had a very positive experience. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I have only been going here for about 6 weeks but already see some benefits in increased energy level, elevated mood and I have dropped a few pounds. I was pleased with the Foundations workouts which are required to complete before transitioning you to the group classes and semi-private sessions. Sam was my trainer for Foundations and she was great! She made me feel comfortable and took her time explaining the work outs and taught me how to do each exercise correctly
