I took my dog for his first visit to Medway Animal Hospital on Saturday. I recently rescued him and it was my first experience as well. Due to Covid protocols, only the animals go inside while you wait on the car. The appointment ran on time. after my dog went in, Dr. Roberts called me on my cell to let me know how everything went with him. She also answered all of my many questions. It was a very positive experience. Dr. Roberts and the staff were great and I would highly recommend this veterinary practice. It had been recommended to me by several people.

This was my first visit to Medway Animal Hospital because my longstanding, wonderful vet (Jessica Roberts) had recently relocated her practice here. I was bringing a healthy adult cat for a checkup with vaccinations and an elderly, very sick dog for blood and urine analyses.
My pets and I experienced our usual caring, thoughtful, exceptionally competent treatment from Dr. Roberts. This included her having to inform me (over the phone) that my dog is now terminally ill. We also received friendly, sensitive care from the technicians who transported my pets into and out of the facility.

I have been connected with Medway Animal Hospital with 2 animals for 37 years.They have treated my pets as if they were their own. My questions have always been answered in a sufficient amount of time and with sincerity. When our dog's time was up, the vet we had explained to the children what the process would be. It made the departure much easier for all. I would highly recommend recommend Medway Hospital.

It was a wonderful experience. The puppy was seen on an “emergency” basis at 8:30am, by 4 she was no better and they told us just to bring her in and they would see her. Dr Olson called Saturday morning to check on her. By Monday she was still not 100%. Dr Olson had called to check on her and ended up calling in a prescription for medication on her day off.

Dr. Mansfield was amazing. I was not sure what was wrong with my dog and was able to squeeze him in the same day in the evening. I was emotional, and she was so supportive and thorough with her care. She worked diligently to find a hospital with a specialist he needed.

They were very attentive to my daughter’s Golden retriever. She (vet) was very thorough. And made sure that we understood everything. And she was very patient with our questions.
She even called the next day (which was a holiday) to see how Bailey was doing. Even though it was her day off.
I can’t imagine that Bailey would have received better care anywhere else.

Dr. Bald and katelyn were awesome during a very difficult time for my family having to put down our dog you two truly made me and my husband very comfortable during that and my dog legit fell in love with both of you especially katelyn words can’t even describe how much this meant us thank you so much And I also want to say this a few yrs ago my… parents dog got attack and the practice was closing and they stayed open for my parents to get there with there dog and legit saved his life that ya fora sure because he had like three fingers flat that he neck wasn’t stitched thank

Dr. Robinson has saved my cats life. Seeing another vet previously who completely missed her very serious heart condition, if it was not identified she wouldn’t still be with us today. I owe everything to Dr.… Robinson’s attention to detail. He sincerely cares about the well being of your animals and loves his job and it shows 100%. The staff at Medway Animal Hospital is absolutely amazing. Everyone from the front desk staff to the techs and doctors consistently go above and beyond. They have been amazing with my kitten since day one answering all my questions, calming my nerves as a new cat mom and showing him infinite amounts of love! My family and I have been taking our pets there for 30+ years. Always pleasant and helpful. I have had 3 dogs and numerous cats, all received excellent care. Whether it be. Annual checkups, knee surgery, or a more serious. Diagnosis. Such as canine lymphoma, they are very knowledgeable. When it came time for end of life care for 2 of my dogs. They were very companionate.

I have been using Medway for several years for our French Bulldogs. I can't say enough about their caring, knowledge and love of animals. I mostly used Dr. Robinson however have seen several others on occasion with the same great result. Our dogs have had success spay and neuter and they have performed our breed health testing to perfection. I highly recommend them for companion and breeder care.

I have to say that my experiences here with the actual veterinarians and techs have been wonderful!!! They are caring, knowledgeable doctors that go the extra mile. I have been SO IMPRESSED with the vets we have worked with: Dr. Robinson, Dr. Cardon, and we have seen Dr. Goldman. My two dogs and my cat have received amazing care here. One of my dogs even had to have a specialty surgery and a surgeon was brought in to operate. Fabulous communication with the doctors. Mind you that the website only publishes your name and last initial, so these people actually had to do a little work to hunt me down. We've seen everyone at Medway, but primarily, we see Dr. Mansfield. She is extremely caring toward both the pet, AND the owner! She is very knowledgeable, and is never too busy to answer a question or return a phone call. She is very kind, has taken great care of our aging Yorkies, and we think the world of her! The staff at Medway is great too. They are all very friendly, and helpful. We moved back to New England in 2006 and after seeing a couple of vets, we went to Medway on the recommendation of a neighbor, and have gone there ever since. Wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

The vets that work here are truly miracle workers and absolutely love what they do, and it shows! They aren't just in it for the money - they honestly love animals. I take both my schnauzer and lionhead bunny here. We see Dr. Lovely - and she is truly a lovely, caring, compassionate vet - although I believe she is fairly new to the practice, she knows what she is doing, is very smart, and cares and loves each pet as if it were her own!! Now that makes for a great vet! We so wish we came to Medway Animal Hospital sooner. If you are trying to decide if you should come to the animal hospital
