The manager Tricia, was absolutely a joy to deal with during my year stay at The Ranches of Cibolo. Her professional demeanor and smile always made you feel appreciated and important. Her efforts to restore situations were prompt, and efficient. The neighbors are very friendly and the dog park available was a Bonus for my fur baby.

Wish I could give zero stars. I had an appt to tour and discuss leasing today, Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 1000am. I arrived to find now one here and waited fifteen minutes. No one called to cancel and no one is available. Terrible way to do business. It is unprofessional and rude to waste my time when I am busy and drive all the way over here for this to occur. I work M-F and their hours are not conducive to those that work this schedule and have to drive from San Antonio and fight traffic to get her during the week when they close early then too.

These apartments are a very nice gated community. There absolutely the most convenient I've lived in,they have so much surrounding them it's awesome! About anything you could ask for,from a veterinarian,bank to a public school. And that's not to mention all the little Home Town shops and boutiques to a park with ducks to feed and small places to fish. But the apartments them selves offer a great verity ,a beautiful pool with a rock fountain to a gym. All in all it's a fabulous place to live.

I'm currently looking for a new place to move to and I came to check out these apartments and was very pleased with the wonderful customer service I was given by Tricia. She answered all my questions and was very professional and she knows her stuff. Thank you again Tricia for all your help and your outstanding customer service. By the way this property is very beautiful and well kept. Y'all are still my first choice when it's time for me to make my move.

We have been living here for several years, overall we're happy living here. Great part of Boerne. It's clean and quiet. Most neighbors are kind and friendly. We pay extra for carports and garages, so I'm a little surprised the reviews are complaining about towing. We appreciate the tow company driving through and checking parking tags because we have come home several times to see someone parked in our spaces.

My experience with Ranch at Cibolo Creek and United Apartment Group Management has been atrocious. When Stephanie was the previous manager, everything was fine.
With the recent change in staff it's reflected poorly through the community, particularly in upkeep and customer interactions; beginning with Trisha. Our move-out statement included a charge for dust, literally DUST -- a "heavy clean" was required after living there for over two lease contracts. Shouldn't an efficient clean be something an apartment complex does after EVERY move-out, out of their pocket? I'm pretty

The apartment itself looks nice and that is about the only positive Thing I have to say about this place. The staff are the rudest that I've ever encountered. The women who run this place are to put nicely 81tc635. When I had an issue with them in the past for towing my car even though it didn't specify in the lease I couldn't be there, they got so mean and full of attitude with me. I lawyered up and they had to reimburse me. They also put a false amount on one of my billing statements and if I didn't keep all my paperwork and copies of bills they would have tried to slap late

I have never written a review about anything ever, but this place has been such a nightmare. 1st year was fine, but when I tried to renew, the renewal I signed never went through and then I started being charged month-to-month fees (should of paid closer attention to billing details). Management reached out to ask if I wanted to renew, but explained that I had already signed a renewal. After all of that mix-up, there was never an apology for inconvenience or accountability on their end. I decided to just stay month-to-month after that and keep my options open for a new place.

I wish I could give zero stars. This place is horrible! The staff that runs this place are unkind and nasty ladies. You cannot have anything on your patio- we got in trouble for drying out a cooler on the patio and within ten minute we got a letter. They tow like crazy. Don't even plan on having people over. They banned our dogs without even a warning. They barked one night while we were out because there were fire works going off near by- they claimed they called the cops on us and that's why they had to ban our dogs but there was no evidence or reports from that. They are cruel human

Although the place looks nice the management are watch dogs. You can hardly have anything at all on your patio. I went through 3 different sets of patio furniture before it was up to their standards. I have neighbors who have dogs that are always barking, but nothing has been done by the management. My neighbors above me sound like they are constantly moving furniture around the apartment. This place is entirely too expensive for what you get. The drainage outside of my apartment is awful, so with all of the rain we've been having there always seems to be standing water for mosquitos and mud

Our family of five moved into the Ranch at Cibolo Creek apartments impressed with exterior design and interior layout. After living in the complex for a year we left and have a lot to say about this place. It's poorly constructed. When we first arrived, the floors had not been sealed and they wanted us to seal them ourselves. We refused to do the labor ourselves so they did it, but missed a few large spots.
In our son's room we had to request that an AC vent be installed. They did this as well but left the clean up of sheet rock and dust for us to do.
