I have been living at Amara since 2019 and can honestly say I love living here. The property is so beautiful and all office staff/maintenance is very nice and accommodating. The property is very well maintained from landscaping to the buildings ,one of the maintenance does a wonderful job with cleaning the breezeways/ elevators every week. The gates work, pool is nice and clean, trash is always picked up daily (I see it being taken care of every morning while walking my dog) and the parking garages are awesome additions!! I love it here and highly recommend to everyone who is looking for RIM living

Let me start off by saying, Amara was once a beautiful place to live. The staff was friendly and maintenance helped keep the grounds clean. Once new management came, everything went downhill incredibly fast.
Main office: the printer is always broken, they never restock the coffee machine with cups, the gym is never cleaned, and the pool will get trashed by the end of the weekend. I once had problems with the WiFi in the upstairs “library” so I called the office to avoid a trip down the stairs. They purposely ignored my calls. I came down to staff sitting on their phones and hanging out. There

Terrible customer service. employees are condescending and mislead you. apartment tries to scam money out of you and constantly sprinkles in random charges without reason (just in the application) these people are unprofessional and will block your emails and calls if you ask for a refund back. if you plan on moving in here make sure you have a legal team to look over everything or else you’ll get scammed and loose hundreds.

AAAAA+Super recommended 5 Star hotel AMARA level over here. Hello to everybody. I have been leaving in Amara for a while and I have to say that their service is concierge level specially if something is not working properly they send the masters Lupe & Tom and they magically fix everything quick and quietly. The front lobby team administration are very friendly and have never failed in nothing that i have requested. I feel good to live in the only place were 5 star service is a standard.

Staff are super unprofessional, the manager and Bianca are the worst ones out of all the staff. Both of them speak in such a condescending tone and they should probably get that fixed if they want people to actually move in to their trashy apartments. The staff also have some beef and Bianca tried to throw shade at Jovanny for being the best one out of all of them? don't think she's even in the position to talk down on him lol weird of her. Had to pay $500 just to apply for the apartment and not move in. Blocked my phone number and emails because I kept "pestering" their poor

I moved out July 25th and still haven’t received my deposit and the prorated amount for July. They made me pay the entire month of July and said they would refund me with the deposit. I have called weekly and left plenty of messages and spoken to their agents multiple times. I got ahold of the assistant manager Brittany once and she told me everything would be squared away, over a month ago and still no check. I’ve emailed Brittany and the apartment management multiple times with no reply. They owe me over $900. I think I need to get my lawyer involved at this point.

Moved out in July and they have yet to pay me my deposit back. They tried charging me for carpet cleaning when I have photos for proof of no need for extra cleaning. I've been calling weekly, leaving messages and now emails, with no response. Amara owes me over $900. They were an awesome apartment to live at until new management took over. I'm glad my lease was over when it was. They are not responsive and very unprofessional. I have made a formal complaint through the Better Business Bureau. And will take legal action if not resolved. Sad that such a high end complex treats you this

Ever since the new management, the property has been dirty. There is trash left around the property. TVS in the game work have not been working for weeks. The passed 4 times my three year old has gone swimming she comes down with a fever. It is a coincidence that those 4 times have been during the new management. Before new management she would never get a fever after swimming. We didn’t think anything of it till we read a review on Yelp with a picture of the water.

Once new management took over, this place sank straight down. They don’t care about their current residents, tack on random unspecified fees to rent, never answer the phone, and are SUPER RUDE to current residents.
Don’t be fooled by the pictures online, that was under old management. New management doesn’t take care of anything anymore and the amenities look terrible and are unkept.
DO NOT LIVE HERE. It’s no longer worth the money.

I have lived here for 2 years this September and couldn't be happier to move out. This new management company is a complete scam. They charge you for more and do even less. The complex used to be clean, maintenance requests were answered literally same day and the office and property managers were very friendly and helpful. Now the gates are always broken, the gym is never cleaned and the pool is disgusting. Anyone reading this after September 2021, please do yourself a favor and go find somewhere else to live.

I came in about a month and a half or so ago to do an application for a unit. This place was recommended to me by the apartment locator I was using. I go in on a Saturday, and was helped out by a nice young lady who was straight forward with us, stating that it was only her second day and she was alone all day so to be patient with her. Did not have a problem with that. Well, we wound up being there from 10AM to 5PM as she was the only person and helping everyone coming in.

UPDATE 7.31.21 - Rent is due and ALL residents are being charged additional $50+ and being told "just pay it and we will sort it out" .... that's the WORST customer service advice ever. I'm not paying random fees outside what is designated in the lease. Also they refused my rent check last month after sending out a COMMUNITY WIDE note and email stating they will be accepting a checks, money orders... etc until September 1st. How does it sound they couldn't even keep their word.

I live on the third floor of this complex. The elevator has been out going on 10 days. i have stopped in the leasing office and all I get is LIP service. The standard answer is The elevator is being looked at. If you can work with an apartment management staff that really doesn't care about their residents, then this apartment is for you.
The Management has been in place for about 6 weeks and there is a noticeable difference between old and new. I have a medical condition and this is becoming a problem for me. i HOPE i CAN LAST .

Don't walk away, run! It really saddens me to see the property continue to decline since new owners/management. They do not have and maintenance staff working weekends as most if not all other properties have a rotation. The downstairs men's bathroom smells like dead fish and the woman's restroom was overflowing this weekend and the leasing guy said he couldn't do anything about it because no one works on the weekends. The front gates are starting to be malfunctions daily and sometimes wide open for days. Dog stations are empty on bags because they don't order enough and

We don't regret living at Amara one bit. It is in a prime location - you are right next to the Rim without actually being inside the Rim. There's a nice road next to the property where you can walk for a mile and see farm animals , or go on a nice run. It truly was an amazing place to live. The pool is also amazing, especially during the summer when everyone is out there having a fun time. The gym was also really convenient, I used it almost everyday after getting off work. There is a cycle room too with a TV that has cycle classes on it. The upstairs is really nice with a quiet study area and

I was so excited to sign my lease with AMARA. The leasing staff has been extremely helpful and very nice throughout the whole signing process. I moved in about 2 weeks ago and I am enjoying all the great amenities that this property has to offer ! I will update my review in the next few months to elaborate on our experiences here. Thank you to the AMARA team, you all have been wonderful. Shoutout to Rodrigo for being so excellent :)
