Wish I could give them 0 stars. It was absolutely disgusting when we first moved it. Ants and Cockroaches. We've asked for a cleaning crew to come through twice now since we've moved in and they say they'll come out yet we haven't seen anyone. Would NOT recommend moving here! Unless you like having ant bites all over your body. And having skunks and foxes right outside your door. Many many many other issues. Avoid these apartments.

This place is great. I’ve learned a lot about maintenance because I’ve had to do most of it myself since it’s hard to get the maintenance people to come and do their job but when they do it’s also pretty cool because they make dating apps unnecessary since they like to hit on an ask out the people who’s apartments they are working on. I also really enjoyed the modern art in the lawn in front of my place because old bottles and pieces of plastic can make very interesting landscaping. I also think that the art that they did in the pool using mold as a medium is pretty interesting as well

Don't let the fact they use the name Sonterra. It's definitely not Sonterra quality. Outdated, dirty filthy grounds. This place could be super cute as the floor plans are nice and with many you have a garage, but mgmt does not keep this place up. Leaky ceiling, roof rats on property, but they will swear that's not the case! Outdated appliances. Old old AC's that make the loudest noise and don't work properly. Trash everywhere on property. Charge you 30 a month for valet trash pick up who miss pick ups regularly. Don't be fooled by the cheap rent. You get

So, to start, the property itself looks well maintained and neat; and the pricing is very fair for what is offered. Also, Molly extended great customer service, I really liked her energy and professionalism; as for the other young lady, she needs more training in that area.
Now, straight to the point...I’m not sure who is responsible for cleaning apartments prior to new tenants moving in, but I was very disturbed and upset by how disgusting my boyfriend’s apartment was

This property is filthy, unkept, and OLD. If the property management company, Oxford Enterprises, had any interest at all in this property, this Stone Oak complex would have great potential. Unfortunately, property has been allowed to deteriorate on the outside including parking, pet areas and landscaping and in the interior including appliances, electrical and HVAC. The property does not live up to the Stone Oak reputation. Do not be fooled by what seems to be an affordable rent payment; you get what you pay for. You are better off paying a little more elsewhere and be MUCH

I waited for a long time to get an apt. here. When I did Molly was super great in helping to get into my apt. She went beyond any other management I have dealt with in the past. The maintenance staff is great, polite and concerned about my welfare. No complaints from me, happy, happy. The apt. is lovely, grounds good, no complaints just smiles.

Horrible place! Everything is so old, the same things need fixing over and over because all the staff does is blow you off and want to quick fix everything until it messes up, I have been here a month and regret it so much! In that month I've had my heater mess up twice, my refrigerator, and now currently without A/C after I told them there had to be something wrong when they charged my $100 for 5 days of electricity! But not until it completely went out did they care to actually look at it! Your paying for a gated community and in the month I've been here the gate has been completely

Love it here. Anytime there is a problem they fix it immediately. Maintenance has been wonderful. Neighbors are friendly. Don't understand any bad reviews on this site as it's the best place I've ever lived in San Antonio. Also, the cutest apt with personality in San Antonio. Don't be fooled by bad reviews this place rocks.

I.LOVE.MY.APARTMENT!
I've been living here at Oxford at Sonterra for over a year now and I can tell you that day in and day out I love it. I have an attached garage with my apartment and it makes life so much easier! I do wish we had an apartment that had a view and I really could care less for the valet trash service, but I'm so happy that we just renewed!

Just moved in and I'm very pleased.
I had to move in quick and the girls in the office did amazing when assisting me. They helped me call a moving company (actually a resident who lives here!) and sat with me while I got my utilities set up. They were patient the whole process.
I haven't needed maintenance yet but from what I've heard from my neighbors they are really good. I'm looking forward to this next year here.

Not a good place to live.
Moved in July
Dust on the baseboards, paints "fixes" on the floors, doorknobs, outlets. An inch of dust on all of the ceiling fans
Week 1 - a/c extremely loud, maintenance to come and fix
Week 2 - neighbors stomping and pounding at 1am, on a Tuesday night
Week 3 - toilet overflowed due to faulty toilet, flooded entire apartment, including living room. Took 4 hours for someone to come and help, and my ottoman bench was ruined. Management told me to put in a claim to rental insurance.
Due to the nastiness of moving in and the flood, by request of me, management sent

We have only lived here about a month but we love it. Everyone in the office is wonderful (particularly Christine) and it is refreshing that they know your name. Before we moved in, it was iffy if the carpet should be replaced or not. Not only did they install brand new carpet, but they installed the style and color that I preferred. The apartment was spotless when we moved in and we love it. We had an emergency maintenance issue (hot water heater leak) and maintenance responded immediately and went above and beyond to fix the problem by replacing the hot water heater. Had the worst time during my lease!! Neighbors were slamming doors that eventually shook my walls, after trying to deal with it myself I called and email the office to have them intervene. Nothing was ever taken care of. I also had a cigarette smoke smell coming through my vents and making my apartment and clothes smell like smoke. I called the office and they told me they could do anything unless they knew for sure which tennant it was. After some investigation I found which one it was and informed the office, they told they was in lease violation and would inform them, they never did. The

Formerly Stone Manor of Sonterra and just changed their name to Oxford at Sonterra due to screwing the residents so much they had to change their name. This is a nasty place to live in Stone Oak.
Do yourself a favor and move into one of the new complexes in the neighborhood. These old wrecks along with the old battle-axes that run the place will gauge you and harass you until the end of time.
Dog feces covered grounds, junk repairs with break/fix that are never fixes. I just posted a pic of my urine soaked wall. Staff uses bully tactics and will trump up fictitious charges when you move
