Do not recommend. i bought a home and made the mistake of choosing the inspector that my realtor suggested, which is Homeworks Inspection. They missed the simplest thing to find, ineffective gutters. The gutters were sagging which lead to water getting under the roof, which lead to rotted wood which then the water made its way down to the basement and got the support beams wet for god knows how many years. Of course i find all of this after i buy the home and live in it. An inspector is supposed to find these things and be your protection against a damaged home, not do a lazy job in order to close
