So before we bought our new home we contracted this company for our inspection. Do Not Ever Use them!!! First and last time I ever use them and i felt taken advantage of in front of my Real Estate Agent. We were supposed to have the inspection and a pump out of the septic, however when we looked at the septic we realized it was shot and needed to be completely replaced. So the septic guy decided it wouldn't make sense to pump it and when I got the quote they included the price over $150 for just the pump out (portion of the whole "inspection" job). Jack was extremely accommodating of my hectic schedule and rescheduled our inspection, on short notice, no fewer than three times. He arrived at the property on time and spent about 3-4 hours thoroughly checking every nook and cranny of the 1600 sqft house.
He pointed out major issues as well as minute details that needed addressing. He explained complex problems in layman's terms.
He was personable, punctual, and knowledgeable. Above all, he was a fair and unbiased voice in the complicated process of buying a house. I could not recommend him more strongly.
