This complex is by far the BEST complex I have resided at. Complex is real clean and quiet . Work order are done quickly! Management is so nice thank you Ms.Shavet and Ms.Christine !! Excellent time I refer everyone here

IVE BEEN CALLING THESE APARTMENTS FOR MONTHS. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!

From the moment I walked in an inquired about the apartments and up until the process was completed I have no complaints. I'm very pleased with the staff at prospect apartments and even the maintenance guys are helpful. Ms. Shevette and the staff is extremely helpful and always professional. I'm very pleased with the property. A great place to live. Safe and quiet.

I had gotten some information that there was availability at this apartment complex. I’ve called & left 2 voicemails & no one called me back. I came by over the weekend, you all were closed then I came again today, the office was closed for lunch. I came back again 1 hour later just to be rudely approached by a woman at the front desk. I didn’t catch her name however an older woman, dreadlocks & glasses is her exact description. She didn’t even SAY HELLO I had to say hello. I explained I got some information & before

I have called several times to inquire about leasing and there office is always closed for hours during the times they are suppose to be operating. The leasing staff are very short, don't provide you with no information and always says there is no space. The phones ring non-stop and the staff is rude.

This place is so unprofessional and rude. They always come late never open at the start of the business time. They always show up at 11am sometimes 12 when they suppose to open at 9am. They also save all the apartments for their family and friends. Everytime there is a public listing they say it's gone or they are waiting for someone. That is not right.

My experience in the apt. Was horrible every time someone moved out ROACHES would appear they even remodeled and it still was horrible. Ms schevette was rude and disrespectful and her staff would come for expections she wouldn't even check anything all she wanted to do is be nosey.

I have lived here 7 years and the management we have now is the worst!! We are currently being managed by Carlisle Property Management Company and the Manager they employ here at Prospect Park is disgusting and frankly unqualified to manage. I have always paid my rent on time and been a model tennant. I don't complain nor do I cause complaints. All I ask is for my apartment to be kept operational and maintained. I have a medical condition which requires me to be cool. My air conditioner went out on Wednesday June 26, 2019 and today is Tuesday July 2, 2019 and it is still not fixed. 7 days in the

When I first moved in everything seemed fine minus the roaches. We’ve tried everything to get rid of the roaches before we moved in and during. A list of the things that are wrong with this place; ROACHES, MOLD, no one answers the office phone, when you put in a work order to get something fixed (no one comes), my lock fell off while trying to lock my door on the way out, things fall apart all the time in the apt. There are little fruit flies flying around constantly in the apt but there are no fruits, vegetables or trash left in my apt (just so we could minimize the bugs) that didn’t help

I can agree that the lady in the office is very nice and seems like she cares about the people that live there when she is actually in the office which is rarely. All I have to say is every month they will take your rent payment faithfully but when you are having an issue in your unit like a bad refrigerator it takes several requests for anybody to come fix the issue. It can be frustrating when this happens because they also have a huge turnover in the maintenance department and it seems like some of those guys don't really care.
