My name is Master Ernst and I am the owner of Championship Martial Arts Academy. I began my martial arts journey as a child and it's remarkable how much of a positive impact it had on my life. It was always my dream to someday open a martial arts school so I could give others what I got out of martial arts.
When I opened Championship Martial Arts Academy, I made a commitment to our community to create an enjoyable environment for students to improve their everyday lives by building their confidence and improving their fitness. It is my privilege and honor to take the skills and knowledge I have received through my own martial arts training and pass it on to my students.

Services
The Lil' Dragons Program is a detailed curriculum that focuses on improving preschool age children's basic motor and listening skills. These skills will help them enter society with a more confident and enthusiastic outlook. They will become better students at school, better listeners at home and more ambitious towards the future.
The school teaches traditional Tae Kwon Do mixed with Hapkido techniques for optimum self-defense instruction. The classes are instructed by active Ohio law enforcement officers and Defense Tactics instructors. Learning martial arts can benefit anyone and everyone. Yet it is particularly beneficial for children, especially those that are working through their own difficult issues.
Our program is suitable for both beginner and experienced martial artists. Unlike a typical kickboxing program, our school offers kickboxing where the student can move in rank instead of being the typically cardio kickboxing. It includes a complete belt system with exams by which the students can be graded.
Championship Martial Arts Academy (Ohio) is proud to offer Combat Hapkido and Traditional Hapkido. We are one of the few select schools in the United States to be able to offer Combat Hapkido. Combat Hapkido is one of the most practical and effective self-defense systems ever devised. Combat Hapkido was originally conceived by Grand Master John Pelligrini in 1992.
Martial arts classes foster respect in all senses of the word. Your children will learn not only to respect others, but to respect themselves as well. Self-confidence is key in carrying respect into the home, school, and other social situations. Simply put, martial arts is about a lot more than learning how to punch and kick.

This man is dishonest, egotistical, and a thief. I would not recommend training here.
Signed a 12 month contract and paid a year up front to get my family quality instruction with access to affiliate academy's. Mr. Ernst decides to pursue a purple belt in BJJ outside the affiliated academy's in Cincinnati which caused trust and training issues. We were no longer allowed to train in the affiliate academy's and we lost the black belt instructor for a purple belt instructor. He stated he would refund anyone who decided to leave over the situation. By paying a year up I recieved a discount which he
