At Omni Vision Care delivering value to our patients has always been a group effort. You are greeted and checked in by one of our capable receptionists, assisted and screened by an optometric technician before you are seen by the eye doctor. At the end of your exam, an optician will walk you through the eyewear options.

Our story began in 2014. After graduating from the University of Houston, Dr. Thanh Tran moved to San Antonio, Texas, in search of a job.
The optometry and optical team at Omni Vision are committed to helping you see better with a pair of eyewear that makes you feel comfortable and confident. That's why we proudly stock eyewear from over two dozen brands that can fit any style, prescription, and budget. It's not uncommon to have difficulty with your vision.
In addition to prescription glasses, Omni Vision also offers prescription sunglasses. This is especially important for people who are active outdoors. That includes athletes, construction crew members, and other workers who may not want to wear their regular glasses but still need vision correction to see properly.

Dr. Marquez and the staff at Omni on Potranco were extremely patient and kind. They answered all of my questions and were very informative.
They helped my daughter and I feel very comfortable while she was struggling to put contacts on for the first time.

I have always had. Great experience at the Potranco location. Dr. Sheeder is excellent. She is thorough and knowledgeable. She works hard to make sure you have a great result. Every staff member that I encountered, including Dr. Sheeder, we’re friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this location for eye care.

Ohmigosh! The staff are incredibly friendly and sweet. They make you feel at home and part of the family from the moment you step in.
Love the remodel! Gives the office space a nice modern industrial Cafe feel without the grease.
They take care of you from check in to check out! This is a premiere optometrist practice. I'd give it 100 stars 🌟 if that was possible.

Best optometry experience I've ever had, hands down. They have a machine they can use to take a photo of the inside of your eyes instead of dilating! Cost extra but not too much, and it was so worth it. The staff and doctor were really sweet, and the atmosphere was great, reminiscent of a coffee shop out front. The doctor was well-informed and answered all my questions. I'll be back!

Attempted to schedule an appointment for Tuesday by phone for an eye exam but was told by a rep (Alondra) I couldn't schedule one without my insurance information. I don't carry that info on me, it's Friday and I'm not going back to work. You just lost out on 2 pairs of glasses. I'm sure you have customers lined outside the door to be turning away returning customers. I even asked "what if I didn't have insurance, you still couldn't schedule an appointment for me?" Her response? So you're going to pay out of pocket?" ZERO excuse for not trying

This vision center is the best I have ever been to! I showed up 2 minutes before my appointment, as a new patient, filled out the paper work and was out in 30 minutes. Dr Nguyen is absolutely amazing, he was thorough and informed me of all of the steps and results of each test so I was able to understand my eye health in entirety. His staff was unbelievably helpful and I'm so happy to have chosen this spot for my exam.

Called and got a same day appointment the front desk lady was super nice and made sure you knew what you were signing for. Doctor and assistants were really knowledgeable and helpful. Got my first pair of contacts and was offered how to use them. Waiting area was very clean and bright but didn't have a lot of chairs for waiting. Had a lot of tables for glasses consultations.

I'm a little hesitant with chains, but I was thoroughly impressed by the service I received. Initially, the receptionist wasn't able to find me an appointment the next day....but she ended up calling me shortly after with a spot. She really went the extra mile and I appreciated it. The office was nice, clean, with friendly smiles from the workers. The doctor was quick and efficient and I only waited about 5 minutes for him to come to the room. In addition, they have a tool to measure eye pressure instead of that horrible puff test so that was even better! I would definitely recommend

When it comes to eye exams and being personable, this place is 5 stars. If your glasses break and you need them in order to see, be careful. My son's glasses broke on a Saturday 30 minutes after Omni Vision closed. We were leaving town in 2 hours. Omni Vision was closed the following day as well as Memorial Day on Monday, so we made the decision to gorilla glue the two pieces of frame back together to get us through the weekend. Come Wednesday when we can finally bring them in, Omni Vision goes crazy because we glued them in order to use them. Warranty is invalid. I asked how my son

Found this place after searching on yelp. Very clean office. Staff friendly and attentive. I was diagnosed with glaucoma and had the visit the office frequently. They always clean the items before you use them and I love that kind of sanitation. The doctor even gave me several contacts to try for 30 days so I would see I would like them. They are now my permanent eye place

The doctors and staff are top notch when it comes to customer service. The office is modern, clean and the selection of eyeglasses are excellent. What I loved most about the eye exam is that they use the latest technology and there is no more of those "anxiety filled shots of air into the eye ball" but to top it all off, they were awesome with my autistic son and accommodated us in the best way possible when he broke his eyeglasses one week after receiving them. For all these reasons, they have won a lifetime customer.
