Got a wrong prescription for our frame. The glasses were so short that it hurts to wear. The front desk folks blamed it on us, saying that we selected this size and frame. When we explained that from our side we don’t remember ordering this particular size they kept insisting that i picked the size. There is no way anyone with an ounce of common sense would have picked a frame that short and apparently they have 10/10 memory that they remember it perfectly and hat happened during the day of purchase. Now I have a wasted glass that is of no use. I’m going to a different place to get my glasses

Amazing staff and super helpful. Adam was super friendly welcoming me to Vision 2000. I had broken my Burberry frame but the lenses were fine as well as up to date due to a recent eye exam. I was just looking to find a frame that the lenses would fit into. Liz took the time to not only find me a great frame that would work she made sure the looked and fit great. I would highly recommend this vision store. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY

This place dose not even deserve a 1. I been a patient since 2008. I requested my exam, since they no longer accept my health insurance. I was told a month ago by Linethe my records will be sent. However, I never did. I then talked to Sylvester the owner and was told I will receive it last week. However I never did. Today I am calling again and Lines says. She will send them before she leaves. Keep in mind I have a medical condition and have not been able to see a doctor or go to work. Please don't go to this place. Awful service.
