I am blown away with how great my experience was at Eyes Over Copley. Every aspect of my experience was exceptional.
I was able to book an appointment for an eye exam via email, which was very convenient. I met with Dr. L who was really pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and a delight to work with. I will be going back in the future for a number of reasons:
- No dilation needed, Dr. L. has a special machine that can take a picture of the back of your eyes. She even pulled up the images and showed them to me, very cool.
- Great frames. I found several stylish frames that were in

After my insurance changed, I needed a new place for my glasses and found Eyes Over Copley. Boy am I glad that I did and feel lucky. Despite my last minute end of year HSA visit, the staff were very polite and took extra time to ensure I made good choices and was educated. They offered many options and expert advise while being very patient. They even gave me confidence to try a bolder, new style of frame and I am glad they did. I love my new glasses. I recently made my first visit to Eyes over Copley. Dr. Fox was great - very thorough, explained exactly what she was doing and why, clearly explained the results and everything. I also appreciate that I missed a message asking me to come early (as the building was shutting down due to coronavirus) and they still fit me in and did not make me feel rushed. To top it off, they sent me my new glasses in the mail, which I was not expecting but was great customer service. Definitely will be my go to optometrist moving forward.

I broke a pair of Chanel eyeglasses by stepping on them (oops) and more than one optician told me they were beyond repair and to just buy a new pair. Chanel stopped making these frames and I was desperate to have mine fixed, and Eyes Over Copley came through! Efficient and friendly service, really can't ask for anything more :)

Wow! What an amazing eye doctor! Dr. Patricia Fox was super sweet and very informative throughout my eye exam. My old eye doctor made me feel rushed but Dr. Patricia Fox made me feel relaxed and she truly listened to all my eye concerns! I highly recommend Eyes Over Copley. Also! I've seen Dr. Patricia Fox for my annual eye exam for the past two years, and so far, it's been a breeze. She helped me get my first pair of contacts set up and walked me through the process of getting them in and out on a daily basis.
She's patient, clear, and efficent, and probably one of the better eye doctors I've ever had.
They do occasionally try to sell you stuff you don't really need, so it's good to be aware of that. Make sure you are not pressured into anything you haven't looked into yourself.

I couldn't have asked to leave an appointment happier. I recently moved to the area and have had a helluva time switching doctors ... It's made me so nervous because you are obviously trusting your health to someone you don't know.
That being said, I looked on yelp and found Dr. Letourneau, and boy am I glad I did. She was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and explained everything ... Down to the nerdy questions I had about her state of the art machines ! Even though I opted out of the machine until next year since I just had my eyes dilated, I can't wait to opt out of dilation

Great experience! I needed an eye exam, contacts, and a new pair of glasses. Got an appointment with Dr. Letourneau. She's great. Funny, sincere, and easy to have a conversation with. I selected my new pair of glasses with the help of David P. Super helpful and a riot. We were razzing each other the whole time. Too funny. They are a bit pricey, however, my overall experience there was awesome. Highly recommend.

It's easy to see (pun intended) what makes EoC so wonderful. The entire staff, from desk-girl to doctors, is polite, upbeat, and helpful. It is not uncommon to see several of them gather around a client like a mini fashion show to give their opinion on the best frames for that person. Eyewear doesn't need to be boring, just peruse the wide selection at EoC, and talk to the fun people there!

Is it this easy to get glasses ordered and you dont have to wait in line?! I love it! I had no idea where I was going when Alex brought me. He didnt even know what complex we were in but told me he liked it here when he found it three years ago! Wohooo...and now I like it. Copley square it is. I like that sophisticated chillin place by the Westin and before the Prudential Shopping place. By the way we are in the GALLERIA I find out.
I will never forget Alexs tour outside...he told me a secret that entertained me in our frosty bite walk along Copley square...oh so beautiful

5 stars for Dr. Letourneau!! She was with my eye doctor in Brookline many years ago, which is how I found her here. I had not had my eyes checked in three years, and feared that I might even need - gulp - reading glasses, so I had an appointment this morning and to my great relief learned that I do not need reading glasses (well, not yet!) but I do have a prescription that just isn't right for me (it was written for me in Washington DC).
Anyhow, after a thorough exam AND a cool scan with her nifty machine that scans the eye and saves the images, I am all set until next year.

I am very happy to be able to revisit this review and update it to 5 stars! I bought glasses again (have a lot of flex spending $ I have to spend and glasses are a great way to do it!) and my experience was infinitely better.
