My most recent appointment was with Dr. Amy Nau. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and communicative; After conducting a thorough eye examination, Dr. Nau recommended cataract surgery, provided a referral to an excellent surgeon, and prescribed a preliminary regimen to prepare me for the procedure. I could not be more satisfied with the treatment and care that I received during the visit.

Very happy with this practice. I’ve been coming for decades. The doctors stay current, the staff and operation are top notch, the experience is very good. I have some vision problems and I feel they have been well diagnosed, treated properly, and appropriately referred out when necessary. I also only get my eyeglasses in the optical shop here. Excellent attention and they are done right the first time. I wear soft contacts and the doctors are happy to keep tweaking fit and Rx to get them as good as can be, too.

Dr. Andrew McLeod, and his team, Eleni (Optical), Taja (Front Desk) and Sarom (Front Desk) and Jeremy (Technician) are the best in Boston. From the moment you walk into their practice you are greeted with a smile from Taja or Sarom and the care you receive from Dr. McLeod and his team is outstanding. Dr. McLeod helped me find the perfect contact lens for my dry eye condition. The Optical shop, run by Eleni, has an amazing assortment of fashionable frames for eye glasses and sunglasses, and Eleni was very helpful in finding the perfect shape and size for me!

I have been a patient of Dr. Korb for almost ten years and I don't think I can adequately explain what he and his team has done for me over the years. I honestly am surprised this place is rated so highly when they had the most HIPAA/ethics violations I have ever seen at a medical practice.
First, when I walked in I was asked to fill in my info and sign that I agreed to three forms: privacy policy, informed consent, contact policy. I was not given a copy of these forms to read before being asked to sign agreeing to them, and then they seemed put out when I asked to see the forms before I agreed to sign them. I then asked for a copy of those forms and they seemed annoyed at that to. For those who are unfamiliar, it is called an informed consent

Updated review - It's worth repeating - Have been a patient of Dr. Korb's for many years and feel extremely fortunate to have had the very best eye care possible. I've been coming here for about 6 months to prep and follow up for lasik surgery. I chose it because it's convenient to get to from work, but I plan to keep them as primary providers because they do a lot of things really well. They are incredibly respectful of my time and always take me in right away without waiting. The process is always speedy and efficient. Not something I'm used to from medical offices. I came to this office for an initial eye exam. Though the front desk was very nice and friendly, the doctor was utterly unfocused and seemingly incompetent. He came in extremely hurried and performed my eye exam within a few minutes, telling me a prescription that was 100 off in one eye. It felt weird so I asked him to check again as my vision hadn't seemed to have changed since my last eye exam. After another 10 seconds of quick checks he told me that I was right, my vision hadn't changed. How can a doctor be off by 100 degrees??? He clearly was not interested in helping me but rather

Updated review- I believe that Korb and Associates have improved their customer service and front desk rapport. My latest visit with them, a year after my original review, was much better and much more professional.

Was trying to make an appointment here and they originally said that there were appointments up to the 20th and then 2 minutes later they lied and said that there isnt anything til the 27th. Then they yelled and were very rude, and said that I am not able to get lasik, when I already had booked it. They also hung up on us.
The second I mentioned my name they handed my phone to a different person because they didn't want to talk to me. I am doing the treatments that they have been wanting me to do, but wont give me another appointment.

I can't say enough about how wonderful the staff is at Korb & Associates. I have a very difficult vision problem that requires numerous regular follow-ups for contact lens fittings and re-fittings. I suspect that I personally spend more time at the eye doctor in one month than most people spend in three years. The administrative and medical staff always provide the finest possible care. I have been a patient for more than 30 years and can not imagine going to a different eye care provider.

I recently visited Dr Donald Korb and his staff for a severe dry eye problem I have struggled with for over 17 years . As a coordinator or the Orange County Dye Eye Support Group in Calif I have looked for a doctor that was able to diagnose and treat dry eye and the many symptoms it causes.. I learned that the correct diagnosis is Meibomian Gland Disease that causes dry eye. Dr korb has a multitude of tests and treatments to provide a quality of life many could only hope for.. His staff are unbelievably knowledgeable and gracious.. if you have dry eye don't hesitate to reach out to Dr korb

Many years ago I had the incredible good fortune to be referred to Dr. Korb.
I am extremely nearsighted and have high intraocular pressure (which can lead to glaucoma).
For years, Dr. Korb was able to fit me with gas permeable contact lenses that corrected my bad vision. He identified my high IOL and sent me to a top glaucoma specialist; because of that I have had no deterioration in my vision - I just control it with eye drops.
Unfortunately, I moved to New Jersey six years ago and cannot make the trip up to Boston to see him. I am dealing with cataracts now and the negative side effects

Korb and Associates has been extremely helpful with my dry eyes. Dr. Kenrick is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. The office staff are great and helped squeeze me in quickly when I was having a hard time with my eyes.
My eyes have noticeably improved using the techniques I have learned from this office in the short month I have been being seen there. They even helped me find a contact that is a much better fit for my eye after I have been told by other ODs that there were no other options.
I would absolutely recommend Korb and Associates for anyone with dry eye issues!
