They literally let occupants of my apartment give keys back to them and they didn’t allow the lease holder back into the apartment to get our furniture, brand new king furniture and dining table that I believe the staff just took. Without even giving a week to come get it. No phone calls nothing now they demand $11,000...

All was well till we moved out. Normally these places are crooked about taking just your deposit but Belden Reserve is chargeing my family $900 for normal wear of carpet just becouse we had a dog. I used a professional carpet cleaner before I left and payed extra every month becouse we had a dog. (Pet free). Thank God my uncle passed the bar in TN. We will be getting our deposit back and letting everyone know this place is crooked. WARNING DO NOT RENT HERE.

Do Not Move Here! The apartment itself are nice, but the service HORRIBLE. The property managers and staff treat you like they are above you. They will argue with you and threaten you. Corporate won’t do anything, if they even answer the phone. You will not receive your deposit back, they will find a way to charge you. They gave me problems from the moment I moved in to the time that I moved out. If you have a pet, Do Not Move Here! They will definitely charge you and take your deposit, just because you have a pet. I have a video of my carpet, which was clean. They still charged me and had lied

Rude staff, one of them told me they don't believe in covid-19 so she didn't wear a mask. We also paid a monthly pet fee and got the carpets professionally cleaned before leaving in order to get our deposit back. They tacked on a hidden $900 fee just for having a dog. Not for damage just because they could. Stay so far away!

Loved staying here except the neighbors I ended up having they were so loud and inconsiderate running around upstairs it sounded like a horse was up there BOTH tenants, at late hours of the night they didn’t care! If you don’t want to be bothered by running etc I suggest moving to the third floor, staff was friendly, maintenance was on point! The ppl here were very communicative as well anytime something was changing or testing needed to be done they would tell you a week in advance! Overall very quiet and clean spacious place to live at! Only thing that can be a bit annoying as well is the

I moved in here about a month ago and I don't really have any complaints with the apartment or the property... besides the breezeways need a good cleaning. :) THERE ARE BUGS EVERYWHERE! So just prepare yourself when you step out. I am on the first floor so that might have something to do with it. It's not anything you can't deal with. Hello Spring.
The Valet Trash doesn't come sometimes but that happens at almost every apartment community and most of the time it's the Valet Waste companies issue and not the office staffs because they don't control the trash staff or scheduling. I work in apartments

This apartment has turned out to be a nightmare. My air/heat has not worked consistently in months. The apartment staff in the office are completely rude and very non proactive in getting the issue resolved. Ive called the emergency number as well, and she was extremely rude too and talked to me in a very condescending tone. I’ve asked to speak with a manager, and have asked for compensation, no response. I just want my air fixed, but seeing that it is clearly too hard to do and they don’t value me as a resident, it’s time to move somewhere else. So dissatisfied. On top of that, I have a

We have lived at Belden Reserve for several months and have really enjoyed the complex. The apartment was clean and well maintained when we moved in. We have had a couple of maintenance issues but the staff responded and corrected the issues within 24 hours. The office staff has been attentive and great to deal with when we have questions or packages delivered. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to live in Murfreesboro.

We've lived here for about 7 months, and so far they are the best apartments we've ever lived in. I've never resigned a lease at an apartment, but we have definitely decided to resign our lease in November. There is always front parking spaces, the staff is sooo friendly, and the maintenance is nice and very quick at resolving issues! Our neighbors are very quiet and we never have any issues. The only minor issue we have is we wish the pool was open a little later than 9pm, but that isn't a deal breaker for us. This is the first time in years I've actually loved where I lived!

This is very odd for me because I usually only write positive reviews but I wanted to warn people about a specific agreement they have for breaking lease. I'm very disheartened when writing this email, as I am a new mother supporting my newly relocated family in TN. We have moved to Murfreesboro from TN thinking it would be a good fit, long store short; Murfreesboro is a very long commute for being 28 miles from city. The commute into Nashville would easily take 2 hours during rush hour. As for the apartments, they are nicely taken care of and staff are very friendly. We made the decision
