Simply Yoga offers group and private classes for adults, from absolute beginners to more advanced students. Classes take place at the studio, at 11 West Market Street, in Leesburg, Virginia. Classes are identified by the style of the practice, including Vinyasa, Yin/Yang, Slow Flow and Hatha/Deep Stretch (see the CLASSES & SCHEDULE tab for more information).
Simply Yoga's classes teach physical postures, with an emphasis on linking breath and movement. We do so in a supportive, non-competitive environment. We work hard to offer each student what they need. We offer modifications to help students adapt postures to their needs. We believe that there are many ways to grow in a yoga practice; not all of them are to learn to twist into the proverbial pretzel!

Services
Kate Donaldson has been teaching yoga since 2009; practicing for more. She is passionate about yoga because of the great benefits a regular practice has had in her own life. Her training is in Prana Vinyasa, which is a approach to yoga developed by Shiva Rea designed to emphasize the flow of energy (prana) in the body.
The following provides class descriptions and a typical weekly schedule. Each week, I update the schedule on the WEEKLY SCHEDULE page and our Facebook site to note any changes for the week (e.g., time changes or cancellations).
