I moved here in May. Since then I have had maintenance at my apartment just about every other week. The place is a dump and things keep breaking. The worst part is there is this grinding noise occurring every night from the ac/furnace area. The noise is so loud in the master bedroom that I now sleep on the floor in the other room. Maintenance, while very nice, hasn’t been able to fix the problem yet so I am paying for a place I can’t sleep in. The people in my area also throw trash on the floor in the hallways and leave their trashbags outside the door. Once someone dropped their fries in the

Would not recommend this place we set up a time and they sent an email that day asking if we are still coming to look at the apartment we told them yes. They were suppose to call us if the person ahead of us was taking that apartment. Needless to say they never called us so after an hour of driving there just for them to tell us it was no longer available really upset us for wasting gas money.

Leaving a 2nd review since my first was deleted. Essentially, the management is extremely lazy and never takes responsibility.
The only thing to give praise to is the maintenance crew here. Lawns and gardens always look nice. And I always had a quick and helpful response from maintenance crews coming into my apartment.
Unfortunately you will need to deal with management more than maintenance. Don’t expect to get your full security deposit back since they will nickel and dime you for anything.

We have had a great stay here for about 15+ months now!! The area is really well maintained and very family friendly. Zero issues with our apartment, such as things breaking etc. They are pet friendly in certain buildings which has been nice since we have 2 cats. I'm not sure if we just lucked out on neighbors but we love ours and nobody has any issues with each other, as I feel like the units are insulated well. We literally never hear anybody. Management is great. They have been very understanding this last year during covid. No complaints about Trappers Cove from start to finish they have been

I can't complain too much about this place. I lived here twice; between 2012-2015 and since 2019. I first stayed in the Cape Cod apartment and it was inconvenient without a dishwasher. Right now, my fiance and I live in a 2BDR Seville apartment which is much better. Keep in mind these apartments are fairly old, but maintenance has been on point in responding to maintenance requests.

I live here for more than 3 years. I brought a few of my friends because I thought here is a great place but I am extremely regret to what I did. Their building is just toooo much noisy, you can hear whenever someone come or go, you can easily hear the neighbors when they are talking or doing anything's, you can feel the earthquake when someone walking on the stairs. Also, their roads are awful (there are potholes everywhere), insects can easily come inside of the building and your apartment, during the summer their air-condition is awful (old system and they don't replace with new air-condition

First and for most this is going to be a long post but I highly recommend if you want some real life experiences from someone living here... I started off with a bad experience with Trappers Cove. I had applied to this community and been accepted In October of 2018. I was told the person in charge of preparing my lease would contact me about more… details and next steps. Low and behold I did not hear back FROM ANYONE until I HAD TO CALL THEM the beginning of June in 2019 to figure out what the heck was going on. Come to find out, the person we were communicating with in regards to living

Every road in the complex is nothing but potholes, so that’ll be a fun alignment bill.
My neighbor can keep me up because she’s screaming on the phone every single night until 2am, or having what sounds like a party every other week night after midnight, but I can’t have a dog “in this building”. (Why? Because of noise from barking? Yeah, it’s so… quiet here. Makes sense.)
I love having to go outside in eight inches of unshoveled snow and below zero weather to do my laundry. Added bonus is the actual breeze coming from the doorwall and window in my apartment
