If you are addicted or think you are addicted to painkillers or other opiate like substances such as heroin you are not alone. I can help! If a family member or someone you know is addicted, you are not alone and you need to know that I can help. Some 20 million people in the United States, or 10% of the adult population, have some serious addiction problem.
About 10% of those have problems with prescription painkillers or street drugs of the same class. I realize that one of the great fears of people in this situation is fear of public and familial exposure. Opiates deserve special attention when choosing to quit. They are especially difficult to kick without Suboxone.

Services
80% of people will relapse within a month if they are not in active treatment (counseling and medication). In-office suboxone-assisted treatment-suboxone medication with counseling is used to help suppress withdrawal symptoms and decrease cravings. It is well-known that counseling by itself does not work for opiate addicts because there is an underlying bio chemical dependence that needs to be addressed medically.
We came to realize that we are profoundly emotional beings and that unless we understand our emotions we are very often powerless over our own actions and are powerless over the world. We came to believe that by coming to know our own powerful emotions we may maximize peace and joy in our lives. The reader should be warned that this piece takes a new look at the traditional "12 Steops."
If we, as humans, have anything in common it is that we want to "feel" good more and "feel" bad less. That is "Affect Psychology." This is the place to start. This site is comprised of a collection of work by Dr. Brian Lynch, a family doctor whose patients have benefited tremendously from his approach which is based on "Affect Psychology" and the work of Silvan S. Tomkins.

I moved from the city 6 years ago and I have been unable to find a doctor that cares as much for his patients well being as Dr. Lynch. He listens to your problems and helps you to seek out solutions. Unlike, most doctors, he is very quick to respond back if you are in a tough spot. He saved my life. Without his help, I dont know where I would be. Thank you for everything.

I usually don't take the time to go out of my way to write reviews. But, seeing as how Dr. Lynch played probably the biggest role in assisting me in my sobriety and actually getting my life back to relative normalcy (which it your suffering with an opiate addiction you know that it sometimes feels like you can never get back to), I really feel that I must share what a wonderful Dr. He really is, especially after the terrible experiences that I've had with others in the field.
I came to the office, expecting someone cold, busy, and maybe someone who secretly looked down on me for being

I don't usually give reviews but it would be selfish to not give my opinion! I chose 5 stars because Dr. Lynch isn't your average everyday doctor to say the least. My experiences were nothing less than exceptional!! I was addicted to opiates for 12 years and since I found Dr. Lynch I have been clean which I must give the Doc credit where credit is due, also, if you are going to quit it's because you want to! I can't emphasize that enough because I went to meetings and went to the best rehabs money can buy! But I wasn't ready and I knew it! You can't do it for anyone else, not your mother not your
