Dr. Kirscher was great to work with! Very calm and thorough and really easy to talk to. The images taken of the eye are really interesting and he took the time to show me what each part meant. I would highly recommend him and the practice. The folks are the front desk are amazing as well. Super easy to work with and make the whole process smooth.

Dr Russell is amazing. I would highly recommend him for your family. Our family goes to him for all of our eye care needs. He is very patient, knowledgeable and takes his time to hear what your expectations are. He put me in a set of lenses that are the most comfortable contacts I’ve ever worn. The staff is also friendly and pays so much attention to every aspect of my Eyecare.

I've been coming to Dr. Butz at Professional Eyecare for over 10 years! When I needed glasses in elementary school, my mom took me here and I've continued to go here every year for my annual check-up since. I cannot recommend the staff enough - They are all kind, funny, and patient people. The office is beautiful, accessible, clean. I will continue to commute here regardless of where I move in my adult life because I love it so much!

I have worn glasses or contacts for 50 years and Professional Eye Care Center is the best. My contact lenses are the best I’ve ever had in terms of comfort and visual acuity. I love my glasses as well. The office staff is fabulous and the doctors are top notch . If you need an optometrist this is the place to go!

I moved to the Naperville area a few years ago and my daughters and I have both missed our amazing eye doctor back home. We struggled to find a doctor that would care for my eyes and my college daughters' eyes. I finally went to see Dr Butz and he and his staff were so knowledgeable and always called me back and answered all my questions. We recently started seeing another doctor there at the clinic DR RUSSELL and again it was just such great care for my daughter and myself. Our family of 4 including two young children love going to Dr. Butz. He is thorough and patient. He has a genuine goal of getting you to see as clearly as possible. He doesn’t rush through appointments and takes time to answer questions. The staff here is wonderful as well! Patient and helpful. Everyone was so good to our children, too. I would highly recommend this office!

I have always found this office to be friendly, professional and helpful. They recently moved to a larger space but are still very centrally located just across the street from the Trader Joe's/ Colonial Cafe mall. They have updated equipment and I always feel like I am in getting great care. It is easy to get in quickly if needed and they are great working with my insurance.
