Annual Eye Exams Report

Regular eye exams are an important tool in eye health for detecting and preventing eye diseases and evaluating the overall health of the patient. Some diseases, such as glaucoma, develop gradually without symptoms or vision loss, so patients may not notice that anything is wrong until significant and irreversible damage as been done.

In addition to our comprehensive eye examinations, we also provide a wide array of specialty medical services. Sometimes, eye exam results or medical histories indicate that a patient could be at risk for a certain condition or disease. Many eye diseases and conditions can be treated successfully if discovered early, so it is important you have a comprehensive eye health examination annually, or on a schedule prescribed by your eye care provider.

I went to Costco just to look at frames and asked how long it would be for an appointment, she said I could get in in 10 minutes (it was a Saturday too) the staff and Dr was amazing. So kind, friendly and knowledgeable. I then ordered my glasses and they said they would be in in 1week. (2 weeks before Christmas) I would suggest to go to the Plainfield Costco eye clinic.

I’d like to mention Fernando who helps fit the eyeglasses. He goes out of his way to help. I left with a new pair of glasses that fir me perfectly. This is also true of my husband’s glasses. Doctor was good and answered any questions I had.

Staff was great. Mentioned prices of additional optional tests before having them performed and surprised by a hefty bill. Dr. Bahl was easy to speak with and explained everything that made it easy to understand my eye health and make the appropriate choices. Thank you for your professionalism.

I have had glasses and contacts for years. This was by-far the best experience. Quick and easy shot set up and check in. The staff was friendly and outgoing (especially for a new patient). And the doctor told me more information than I've ever gotten from other doctors! I'll definitely be back!

The receptionist was very helpful in retrieving records from my old eye doctor. Dr Klover was awesome. I appreciate her help in explaining the exam. Worth going to efficient in time and cost.

I was happily surprised, by the expertise and exceptional bedside manner of the physicians and the staff at the Costco optical center in Plainfield Illinois. Dr. Klover’s bedside manner was unbelievable. Being a physician myself I look for someone to explain everything that was going on. See fit my son for glasses and also contacts. My son being 13 years old had a lot of questions which were answered very patiently, politely and with great knowledge. She went above and beyond explaining everything and I would highly recommend, this optical center to everyone

I was able to get an appointment same day at Costco. The doctor was very engaged and focused on me during the entire appointment. I'm glad I chose to go there. It's been about 8 years since I've gotten new glasses, I didn't feel nearly as confident with that last doctor.
