I have had a great experience living here! Move in was super easy. The maintenance department really are top notch. They are super quick about answering any maintenance requests you have. No one bothers anyone. Summertime around the pool is a fun way to get to know some people here. There are grills on the pool deck that anyone can use anytime. Office staff is super friendly and helpful. I would give 5 stars but the floor plan I was shown when I signed my lease wasn’t the floor plan I got.

My son and I moved into Prosper the end of October 2021. We are SO SO thankful to Shawn for helping us along the way with the application and all the details. The entire office here is AWESOME! Maintenance has been right on top of anything needed. It has been fabulous living here.

The pool is amazing so relaxing as well as the gazebos are to sit and have a quick bite. Staff very friendly but take their job very seriously as far as upkeep and cleanliness. I have had the pleasure of meeting some really good people wgen o came here from all over the U.S. and are proud to make orange Beach and Prosper Condos their new home.

I moved here a month ago and love it so far! I'm BEYOND impressed with the promptness of the maintenance team, and Cammie was so responsive and helpful during the application process. The pool is a fun spot to hang. There is a beautiful dock over a lake to chill or fish. All of my neighbors are so friendly! The apartments are very spacious and the humongous, screened in porches are perfect and keep all the bugs out! Love the close proximity to the beach! The only complaint I have is some of the lazy dog owners don't pick up their business, which is a shame because the complex has doggy stations

Have lived here 2 months now and been a local for 17 years & have not had any problems yet to date (aside from the noisy upstairs neighbor who can’t keep her dogs quiet at 6am & has heavy heels) and the bumping of subs to whoever thinks they’re cool every night at 11pm. typical apartment life right? but all is great!!! we love our spacious 2 bed and couldn’t ask for anything better. :) love our view of the trees and nature ❤️
