Our Maintenance Department is Outstanding. The Maintenance Supervisor, John is always there with a big smile and great demeanor. Eric, the new maintenance employee, is also a great person. These two get 2 Thumbs up from me. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they always show up with great attitudes and our courteous and professional. Thank you to our Maintenance Department.

Hi! We have been living here at Sweetwater Apartments in the Gulf Shores, Alabama 2 years now. Everything here at Sweetwater is just great! The maintenance team is friendly, prompt and professional. The ladies in the office are just great. They have answered all of our questions right away and have made us feel right at home. We really like it here at Sweetwater. THE SLUMS OF GULF SHORES, ive posted a more in depth review as to why you should go absolutely anywhere else no matter what other than here.
i am writing a new review just to say that nothing has changed and that the little cute reply and call back number they put under the bad reviews are for show. THEY DO NOTHING.. the only good recent reviews are so obviously fake. Ive talked to many that live here, not a one is happy and all fully regret living here. Take your hard earned money somewhere else they will take every dime from you a little at a time.

I’ve been here for almost 4 months and it is the best complex I’ve ever lived in. Maintenance men are so caring and so nice and every time I have an issue it is corrected and fixed immediately and the ladies in the office are angels. I’ve never met such a cool group of people who are willing to just drop everything and help you whenever you need it. I knew I was very excited about getting my garage and they told me it was gonna be by the end of the month and John had it done today for me and I am so excited!!! I am never moving!

RUN!! you will be better of at any other apartment in the area. This is by far the worst between the fees, bugs, lack of OPEN but still advertised amenities, grossly cheap appliances and carpeting in a “luxury” apt....
Feels more like a double wide trailer on the inside (the older ones of course)
The photographer deserves a raise it’s not nearly as nice.
I pay month to month a $400 per month EXTRA CHARGE.
Tell me what month to month means?
Apparently to this place it means closer to three months not one. The list of wrongdoing by this place is plenty long but all you need to know is

It is the beautiful place to live and play with your family’ members with affordable leasing price for 3 bedrooms apartment. There are other good sharing facilities for residents, such as swimming pool, BBQ outdoor area, washing car and vacuum area, laundry room... it could make us feel more comfortable when we have just moved in.

New management was great for about a month! It only got worse! They don't address repairs, because they are more concerned with empty residences, in hopes of new tenants. (Ask around, it is a popular opinion).
We found out that the manager at the time we moved in 1. Did not note our pet deposit! And 2. Signed an inspection sheet, saying we did a walk though prior to move in, and a walk through was never performed. It is supposed to be signed by management and tenants, but no tenant signature is on it! under the kitchen sink after an issue of repairs needed, that were brought to management

It's a scam. They will collect $50 from each applicant to later tell you that you are not approve because you have to make 4 1/2times the rent; your credit have to be extremely perfect like an 8 and so on. Basically you are waisting your money here because they will find a reason to disqualify you. It's a scam because the office should communicate the applicant this information before collecting $150 in credit check.

These are far from luxury apartments. View the newly posted pics and see for yourself. By far the most overpriced apartments in Gulf Shores & the place is rundown. There's no parking, cops are out there nightly on calls for drugs & disturbances, spiders & roaches are horrible in each unit, and last but not least, dog crap everywhere & I do mean everywhere.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! This place looks nice from the outside but dont be fooled. If you live in a downstairs apartment your life will be Hell. If you inform management they will ignore you. Ive been here two weeks and there's already roaches. I put in a work order four days ago and NO ONE has shown up. This place is terrible beyond words. Stay far away!
