My wife and I had a wonderful experience at The Reserve. Prices were reasonable for what was offered. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful if we had any issues. I also got to know the maintenance staff really well and can attest that they were also great. The location is perfect and just far enough away from the tourist traffic, and it’s close to all the major grocery stores and dining options.
Overall, we’d recommend this place to anyone. I’d say the only “downside” was that noise traveled through the walls pretty easily, but you only have neighbors above and below you, not

Absolutely love living here, all the neighbors are amazing and the staff is always super helpful and nice. We’ve been living here almost a year and just renewed our lease because we love the apartments so much. Highly recommend! There’s a fishing pond we like to spend our time at as well as the pool, you just can’t beat the value for the apartment and amenities! Amazing WiFi, and easy to get to everything since your right between 59 and beach express.

The property is nice quite outside at night. Seams like no sound Barrier in ceiling. Can hear tenant upstairs walking. Sometimes sounds like they are going to come through the ceiling.
The main question I asked before moving in, can you hear the people upstairs! Was told no. So management here are not truthful. If I would have known wouldn’t have moved here. Most aggravating thing constant stomping.

This is the best place to live. I feel like I got lucky. I live here while I'm stationed for the military in Pensacola and it is by far worth the drive everyday to live in the nice quiet area out here. These apartments are brand new and designed incredibly well with massive rooms and everything is very high quality. You will not find another place like this. I've already looked all over and it's well worth the drive.

After the storm in which water came in through cheaply made windows, constantly flooding porch and through the ceilings, I emailed begging to be placed in an undamaged apartment. It was ignored. Over two weeks spans, I begged for information on whether and when I’d have to move, they responded vaguely, even assuring me not to worry. Then the next day, I get the letter, delivered by laughing restoration workers, Saying it was unsafe; and I must move out for up to 6 months with 3 business days to be out.. this on the same day that they moved a new tenant into my building!! They moved many new tenants

The staff here has always treated me fairly. The day after Sally my apt was deemed uninhabitable. At this point I knew I needed to make other arrangements. The management did give a short notice, but worked with people on personal deadlines. They have been patient and pleasant to me when I've inquired about updates. I've also been told that because I wanted to return to my apt, with my new lease my rent would stay the same. No place is perfect, but I enjoy and feel comfortable at the Reserve.

Not a luxury!
I was a resident at the Reserve since 12/2018. At first it was good but then management changed and it went down hill quickly. The property manager came from another property not far from the Reseve and she ran it down. They are rude and condenscending. Maintenace will take 3 weeks to acknowledge any requests. Luxery is a far cry. Ovens are not self cleaning. Vent hood fans blow everything back into apartment. When the hurricame hit they did not remove wet carpet from my neighbor's apartment for 8 days. They did not put a tarp over the huge hole in the roof for 3 days. Then on 9

I am coming back to Foley after living elsewhere and love that there is an new apartment available like The Reserve of Foley. As a Father of four small children, one of the features that is especially appealing is the "sports area" on property. I have lived in Birmingham, Texas, Mobile and other areas and no one that I have seen has all of this available. I usually have to pack up the equipment and drive to various locations around the city in order to play or practice with my children. Tennis, Beach Volleyball, Soccer, Baseball and a very upgraded playground is a fantastic convenience. Love the

My husband and I just moved back to this area and leased an apartment at the Reserve of Foley. While we had hoped to purchase a home we decided to lease an apartment for a year. We are very happy with our decision. This complex is very nice with many great amenities and very convenient location to both of our work. The management staff is very friendly as well and responsive. Before moving to Birmingham for the past 7 years we leased an apartment in West Mobile from the same management company (Gulfbelt Properties) and had a great experience. I certainly recommend this complex to anyone that is
