Rent here and save your deposit. Our community offers a program called Rhino, where renters do not have to leave a deposit to move in. Similar to a traditional cash deposit, Rhino covers your apartment against damages and unpaid rent. Rhino does not cover your personal belongings the way renters insurance does.
Every place has it pros and cons The most important is that the cons are something that is acknowledged and they are finding a way to fix it if it can even be fixed. We have enjoyed living here and we never feel as though the manager and maintenance man are not giving 100%. Parking inst always easy, but the city should help with that more, other apartments in the area don't keep it neat so it makes the neighborhood look bad.

I really wanted to like this place..
We lived here for 1 year
The first week we moved in was honestly a blur, we were dealing with a different manager( greg) who went through the move in process quite slow. We received the lease paperwork two days prior to move in for us to sign, and the amount we owed for move in. Shortly after that, we got switched to Lorraine as a manager, she is super professional and rational. When we moved out we then were dealing with another lady named Alondra. We rented a 2 bedroom that was 790 something square feet for $1800 plus utilities. This apartment is now renting

I have lived here at Grand Regency Apartments for 3-4 years now just a great complex quite and clean. Anytime I have had an issue it has been resolved quickly everyone who works here is visible and approachable. Any time I have needed to talk to the manager she is accessible. I am in the process of getting a roommate and the transition has been easy and painless. I have lived in a couple other complexes where you are a apartment number here you are treated like a person.

I lived there at Grand regency apartments for about 4 years. This place I a total rip off and NOT worth what they charge! The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbors conversation and sounds. They are always shutting off water like one day a week or twice a month. Never really quiet always have construction going on or Drunk Bums and transients arguing/fighting/sleeping and lounging in assigned parking lot spaces. Also if you want solitude or peace? Then you wont wanna live here! The manager lives on sight and is always up in everyone's business telling you what you can and can't do. She will

We have lived at the Grand Regency apartments for a little over a year now. We just renewed our lease because of how pleased our experience has been here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Any issues or concerns that we brought up were addressed and resolved immediately.
The property is walked by management on a regular basis and the landscaping is maintained at top notch. Grand Regency also has large grass areas and plenty of space to walk your pets.
