I loved the property until staff changes were made. Staff are unprofessional and rude. Chanel practically harasses tenants and never answers the phones! I literally sat in lobby & called front desk a total of 6 times while I watched her sit at her desk and ignore every call. If this company is missing out on money she's surely the cause. She has made my husband and I extremely uncomfortable our entire time being here. She needs some extra customer service training and I hope management looks into this! We will not be renewing our lease solely based off of her. No one wants to uncomfortable

I lived in this building for a year and had a mostly positive experience. Maintenance team was friendly and tried their best to address any issues we had quickly (most of them were minor). I would like to say that Chanelle, the property manager at the time, was amazing! She was quick and responsive to any emails we sent her and was very accommodating when we had to move out due to covid related financial losses. She even reached out to FPI Management to see if we could get any sort of financial assistance because we had to break our lease to move out ( which was very expensive). We also got most

Wanted to write an update as Yelp doesn't permit me to respond to 777's response. They said "If there's anything else you think we should know in order to improve for our residents, please feel free to share your thoughts with us at..." please know I have shared my thoughts monthly - at times weekly with FPI and the building management. Sometimes in person and sometimes via email. NOT ONCE were my thoughts ever taken serious since the new management was in place. The blame was always put back on me or the other tenants. Just wanted to point out that their response to me

Great location, but that's about all the great i can say. I had lived there for 14 months and could not wait to move out. Beware, it's a VERY noisy neighborhood and the units too are not well attenuated. We had items stolen out of the secured bike room. FPI towed our car when THEIR car lift was broken- had no where else to park, and they didn't even have the courtesy to let us know they towed.
Homeless folks sleeping in the lobby on my way to work was not an uncommon sight. Despite multiple complaints that their outdoor cleaning crew runs a gas powered leaf blowers at 7am everyday

777 Broadway is a beautiful building in an excellent location close to Jack London Square and the SF bay. In “Old Oakland” the neighborhood is close to businesses, retail, shopping, and great restaurants and bars. The air conditioned building is very well managed, clean and nicely finished and the community within the building is very cool with a good vibe. There is an amazing roof deck with fantastic views, barbecues, and games.

I recently moved into 777 and could not have asked for a better experience. I work for another management company but wanted to make sure I found a space that would make it possible to disconnect from work and feel like home. The staff, Erianna and Jay, made sure that happened. From the moment of my first tour, I felt welcomed. They were patient with me through my endless changes in move in dates and various questions. The property speaks for itself (gorgeous and beautiful amenities) but the staff is truly the A-team. I have been living here for close to a month and I could not be happier to call
