I called this apartment by end of October, and someone answered the phone told me they had a Halloween party, and everybody is busy, someone will contact me soon. So, I wait, few days later, I did receive phone call, but I missed, I called back few times, no one answered the phone. So, I decided to move forward to look at other apartments. Then few days later, a sales member Jenna sent me an email, and would love to give a tour. She was very friendly and reply very quickly at that time. Looking for a new home from the East Coast was a headache at nearly all of the buildings my wife and I considered. Not at 1717 Webster. I moved into this apartment two months ago. That was one of the best decisions I made in 2021. I literally left my beloved SF only for this amazing community. Since day one, I've been so impressed with the way the front desk treats you and cares about you personally and professionally. Big shout out to "Ferda Baysal". She is such a lovely woman with a warm, friendly, and pleasing personality. One of the reasons I chose 1717 Webster was literally because she made it “Home” for me even before I called it. Also, I can’t appreciate the maintenance team enough, especially "Eric". He is very responsive

Just went on THE BEST tour ever. Jenna is the best agent I have ever dealt with in my life. I have viewed over 10 places to live and she has had the best customer service!!! She literally showed me every 1 bedroom I was interested in and, 2 bedrooms. I was even able to check out two of the penthouses!!! She showed me all the great amenities and the wonderful HUGE POOL. Everyone on the property is very respectful and nice. The property is clean and very safe. She made me feel right at home. I will not be looking at any other properties thanks to JENNA!!!!
