Since the new manager came, cars park in the garage without permission. It makes it unfair to those who park PAY for their parking space, and difficult to park your car because the cars who do not pay block your space. Trash is always on the side walks in the back and front of the building. The trash room now has a strong smell. There's constantly a lack of communication and it took over a month for the new manager to fix the garage door, giving access to people who do not live here.
I'm giving 3 stars because actually I enjoy where I live, but myself and a few other residents, are not impressed
