Lived there for a long time. Was a nice place long time ago. This place has gone down hill ever since they switched to "Esperanza" aka Manager. Lots of crime ,cockroachs, car break ins.The harrassment from the office is crazy. If I could go back to the time I lived there I would " sue" the "Manager " AKA ESPERANZA!! for harrasment.Save the heart ache and try some place else. 🤷♂️

$1,260/month for a very cheaply built studio apartment that has no dishwasher and no in-unit laundry machine (there is on site laundry) along with a bunch of other issues. Everything looks like it has been painted over and feels like it will fall apart if you touch it.
Very close to a busy four lane road.
The windows on my car, that was parked in the lot, were broken shortly after I moved in. Upon making a police report, the officer told me that this is a common occurrence at this property.
The water is constantly being shut off and the fire alarm constantly goes off.

We had lived here since 2016 and we moved to a different property but came back after just because the staff are so helpful and also it's so convenient. I also know that we had a really good experience, I think that also when renting and apartment you have to understand that depending on your attitude that's how your experience will be. I dont have anything but good things to say about this property. We have everything so close, and convenient also the staff here are so nice and helpful. But again if you have a negative attitude you'll always find bad things anywhere you go.

Moved into the complex in March, 2020. I had just moved to a new job in the area. I must admit, I was initially underwhelmed. The hallways are shabby and do need to be cleaned.
However, what it lacks in indoor aesthetics, it makes up in overall ambience. It is quiet and I value this. Amber in the leasing office has been amazing. Hope Maplewood appreciates her!!

I have been at this apartment complex a little over 4 months now. Since the beginning I could not have asked for better service. I was handled professionally throughout the entire application process and they helped me get everything squared away.
Since move in they have helped fix any problems That have come up. They are very good about maintenance requests and get what I need fixed promptly. Front desk staff is fantastic and friendly. Neighbors can be a little loud occasionally, but you can’t really do anything about that.
The property is well maintained and kept clean. I appreciate that

Looking for a new place. Saw this one on YouTube and wanted to see the reviews. I'm horrified. With rents being close to 2000 dollars, I don't want excuses. I want actionable statements like we were not ready for the snow we have bought blowers and plows this will never happen again. We have discounted your rent to cover lost wages. We can't control mom nature but understand your frustrations and will make it right. Instead there were excuses. Moving on to find a better city to move to or at least a far better property. Maplewood do far better. Check home Depot for maintenance equipment. Hire licensed

This place is disgusting and I can’t wait to leave. Where to begin with the problems this place has. For starters- there’s the fact that when it snowed, they refused to plow the parking lots for DAYS, which means I had to lose out on income because they were too lazy and/or cheap to get the job done.
There’s the fact that they routinely shut off water WITHOUT notice so that they can do some sort of maintenance. You know, I wouldn’t have such an issue with that if you’d have the smallest iota of courtesy and let people know this is going to happen. You can’t exactly shower/get ready
